The hotel is centrally located, our room was spotless, the floor clean, the cleanest shower, many differents food for breakfast, the hotel staff in the office were very friendly and knowledgeable about any questions, really loved the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and would go over and beyond. The cleanliness and the noise were the concern. Shower vibrates when it was turned halfway up, the toothpaste from the previous guest was still
On the bathroom sink. The towels did not absorb were very hard. It was very noisy during the day. Much yelling by ladies and sounded like construction work. I was also charged for two days of amenities I did not use

Great service from daytime front desk man. I highly recommend the breakfast it was excellent. The rooms were clean and everything I was there to do was conveniently located to the downtown area. Good vibes. The only downfall was we could hear every foot step which sounded more like elephant walks from room above.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and both times have not had my late checkout request properly documented by property staff. On my first stay, I requested late checkout to better accommodate my flight schedule. The front desk agent said I could have a 1 PM checkout but it was not documented anywhere in the system, leading to me being locked out of my room and having to field calls from the property while I was at work. On my second stay upon returning from my trip, I again asked for a late checkout. The front desk lady again said I could leave at 12 but never wrote it down anywhere. I had housekeeping knocking on my door before 12 and front desk staff calling my room to remind me that checkout was at 11, despite me being told I could have late checkout. This hotel is fantastic but this lack of communication put a damper on both of my stays and made for a less relaxing experience.

Staff were great very polite and considerate. Room good and comfortable but some old candy found under a chair. Breakfast was decent but more selection of hot food would be great

Never have I rated any hotel, etc with all perfect scores but this was fantastic.

We had a great experience from arrival to departure at this hotel. Arrived at 2:30pm and all 6 rooms were available for check-in and they were able to assign us adjacent rooms on the same floor which was terrific. The hotel is walking distance to RJ Stadium, close to the airport, and 12-15 minute drive to downtown Tampa. This hotel is less than two years old and the staff keeps the hotel very clean. Lobby and rooms were clean and staff provided daily housekeeping services. Standard HIX breakfast with eggs, bacon/sausage, pancakes, Cinnabon rolls, several juices, etc. Breakfast staff did a great job of keeping the serving trays replenished throughout the breakfast hours. Large, well-lit parking lot, very small pool area on north side of hotel so not great for sunbathers. Convenient location but not a safe area to be walking or jogging in any time of the day or night, however, we felt very safe and comfortable in the hotel.

What an excellent staff everything was right on
Breakfast staff very attentive and kept all well stocked
One note there are a few areas that need some deferred maintenance kept up on
Paint in the room needs touched up and a slight damp smell
