First and foremost, the staff is incredible. Our first night, we required first aid attention. The staff member (Kshish?) did everything he could to remedy the situation, all with a smile and the utmost courtesy.The next morning, dead battery! Samm looked over our belongings and later came out, in the rain, to check on us. The rooms are well-appointed. The A/C unit in my room was very noisy but my friend had no problem with hers. All in all, I cannot recommend the Avid enough.

Ease of blocking rooms for friends/family attending wedding. Friendly, helpful customer service. The Avid is an updated modern hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The continental breakfast was quite impressive. Will definitely select the Avid over any other hotel option.

This hotel offered exactly what we needed! It’s very clean, quiet and close to the airport. Staff was helpful, knowledgeable and kind! Bedroom and bathroom were immaculate! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel was super clean. Staff recognized my colleague walking in the door and myself as an IHG member. It was very quiet considering its next to an airport. It's an up-and-coming airport and area. The shuttle driver arrived early and started early to make sure i didn't miss my flight. Thats above and beyond!!

If you have to get up early this facility meets your needs! Staff is friendly at 5 am with hot food ready to go. Beds that you melt in and rooms that just help you relax.
Mistaken identity

After leaving avid I started getting charges on my card.. when I called to find out why I was told it was cleaning fees due to a strong odor of Marijuana.. I was called a liar when I said this was impossible..I received an apology email later that day claiming mistaken identity..I asked for a refund and was told that was a bit much for a misunderstanding..

A equipe era ótima, não havia lavanderia no local, e queríamos um café da manhã completo como estava na etiqueta. quarto muito limpo e bom serviço. Perto do aeroporto e de restaurantes na cidade. estadia novamente, mas gostaria de um café da manhã com todas as calorias.
