The room was spacious and clean, offering a stunning view of the famous river and Raffles City. Breakfast was fantastic, with a generous spread of international cuisine. My personal favorite was the self service candy floss machine and the variety of freshly made local pastries. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. The front desk team was helpful, and the hotel amenities were well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. I would definitely return for another stay in the future.

环境不错，地理位置优越，服务意识欠缺，需要加强培训，对于客人提出的反馈没有第一时间响应。Overall, I would say 3/5,expect food and sleep quality, should spend more time on training, if i have one more chance, i will not recommond this hotel to others

Excellent location but several areas for improvement

Pros:
- Got upgraded to a nice suite with my confirmable upgrade reward
- Excellent location within walking distance to many major attractions and the subway station is just downstairs
- Excellent breakfast with Chongqing specialty noodle. The French loaf and other bakery items are excellent
- Auto toilet bowl
- Free self service washer/dryer
Cons:
- Not easy to find the hotel. There is not enough signs at ground level so it took me a while to find where to enter the hotel
- Not enough coffee machine, need to wait quite long for the coffee when restaurant is crowded
- The curtain will automatically open and the TV will turn on itself every time I come back to the room. This is very annoying.
- The light switches in the room is very confusing. The is no way to control to turn on/off each individual light of my choice
- The gym equipment is too simple. Would suggest to add more variety of different equipment types, for example leg press

The room is comfortable and the view from the room is great. Since the hotel occupies a few floors of a tall building, you will see a lot of people who are not the hotel guests.
不能识别会员身份

办理入住流程很利索，一下就开好房了，但不能识别会员身份，提供身份证和会员号，才说会员信息，然后询问是否升房，都没重做房卡，识别不到会员信息，怎么可能免费给升，给的是大堂上去一层，楼层低，房间布局局促，对比了下照片并没有升级。
其次提示我没有早餐，然后我说钻石大使送有早餐，又才给我加上一份
最后我问有酒廊么，他问我有兑换么，我说有，然后他就说这里没有酒廊，然后就没了。。。
我真的醉了。。窗户隔音也不好，车流声能听清。

The hotel is about 30min drive from the airport. Located in the heart of Chongqing, over look the Yangtze river. Morden and cozy room. Very good breakfast. Strong afternoon coffee service at the cafe, free of charge for elite members. The hotel is shared building with some offices and about 13 other hotels. The Voco sign is on top of the building, good guide when walking in the city. From Jiefang Road to hotel, about 25min walk. Very convenient

Quando cheguei a este hotel, notei que não há concierge no andar térreo. Quando passei pelo nível 13de check-in no saguão, fui atendido por um jovem chamado Sr. Lan, ele foi muito solícito e cuidadoso ao fazer seu trabalho, pois garantia que a tarefa que me foi confiada fosse concluída adequadamente.
A outra equipe competente que eu gostaria de recomendar enfaticamente é uma senhora chamada 金艺 . Durante a minha estadia neste hotel por 10 dias , ela demonstrou muito interesse e paciência para responder minhas perguntas e dúvidas no trabalho, como me ajudar com a lavagem da roupa e com as entregas . Sem desculpas, a não ser "sim, eu faço!" Ela demonstrou o que um hóspede feliz precisava . Que bom que o seu hotel tem uma equipe excelente que proporcionou um serviço profissional!
