Our stay here was very satisfactory. Andrew, Saul, Cynthia, and Brooklyn were the stand out employees of this location. Understanding, attentive, and patient. Give them a promotion or raise, give em something.
The other two, Lamar and Christie, made my mom very uncomfortable in an interaction they had where they made her feel like we didnt belong and/or she was lying. We felt uncomfortable asking them for anything after that. And, for some reason, when it was them two who validated our parking, we'd always have an additional charge and would have to pay more for the parking. With the other employees, it was always discounted. It just made us feel uncomfortable.
Other than that, everything was very satisfactory. Again, Andrew, Saul, Cynthia, and Brooklyn were the best of the best.

I highly recommend this place because of the wonderful staff and their helpfulness, no matter what time it is. The rooms and property are always clean, making for a comfortable stay.

This place was nice, but the issues was there was no real food or shopping close in a great location. No coffee or real breakfast. Have a bar in lobby that could be used as a coffee or breakfast area. Rooms clean but no good choices of food. The rooftop resturant was great the 2 bartenders and the amazing owner was on point. I will visit there again.

I had to stay an extra night in New York City due to an unexpected flight cancellation that I was not aware of until I arrived at the airport, and I had already returned my car rental. I quickly searched for the nearest IHG hotel, as I'm a member, and decided to book my reservation at this hotel since it was the closest to the airport and I was re-booked for an early flight the next day. I am happy that I chose this hotel. It offered a complimentary airport shuttle, a lovely available room, and restaurants within the hotel, which was perfect since the location is in the middle of a residential neighborhood. I wish I could have explored the neighborhood more, given its proximity to Citi Field and the Arthur Ashe Tennis Center. I highly recommend this hotel if you're interested in going to the Mets' games or the U.S. Open.

My flight was canceled so I stayed here based on the recommendations of an airport worker.
That is the only reason I would stay at this hotel.
The one staff member was excellent and resilient but the property is not well maintained and the surroundings are lackluster.
Absolutely nothing warranted the $505 price. I had just finished staying on 37th and 7th in the city for the same price with much better everything in a Marriott property.
The situation could have been MUCH worse so for that I am grateful. But charing double the advertised price because of scarcity is profiteering and does not bode well fi
for IHG overall.

I stayed at this property for a night and told them I’d be back in 2 weeks. I was going on a cruise and didn’t realize I couldn’t bring a steamer on it. Since I knew I was coming back, I asked the front desk if I was able to store it until I came back to pick it up. They said it wasn’t a problem and they would hold it for me until my next check in date. When I arrived for my next reservation, the front desk had no idea what I was talking about and couldn’t find my item (I wasn’t upset with him because he wasn’t the one who stored my item). He ended calling Doug and at first he had no idea which I didn’t expect him to remember every detail since you all probably deal with 100 people a day. However, when it couldn’t be found that’s when there was an issue. He looked everywhere and couldn’t find it. I then spoke to night audit before I had to check out and same result; it couldn’t be found. I asked him to leave a note for the FOM to reach me. I never heard back. I called that Monday which was almost a week after I returned home. Not sure if I spoke with the manager or supervisor but she said they had it the whole time and it was in lost and found and that maybe the agent was confused on what it was. I said he saw pictures and a video of what it looks like he wasn’t confused. After all that she tried to tell me she was going to send me forms for me to pay for shipping?! She was out of her mind. Why would I pay for shipping when I could have picked it up for FREE before I headed home?! Make it make sense. She put me on hold and said typically guests would pay for shipping but we’ll go ahead and ship it complimentary. Of course you would because this wasn’t an item left behind in a room, you all were storing it for me to grab before I left. Almost 2 weeks go by after that and I still haven’t received my item. I call back and was told the FOM would reach out. Of course no one did. I call AGAIN on the 29th and they place me on a brief hold and Brooklyn was able to send me a tracking number. I can tell you guys haven’t bothered to send it to me until after I called back multiple times. The tracking number shows the shipping label was made on the 29th which of course was the day I called and was placed on hold. I checked out on the 13th. I understand things happen, but the miscommunication and finger pointing by everyone at the front desk was ridiculous. If I never called back multiple times, my item would STILL be there. I hate that this experience ruined everything for my whole stay.

This hotel is near the Queens airports, has convenient parking (don’t forget to validate your ticket at the Front Desk) and a great rooftop bar. The grounds are clean, modern and that’s reflected in the rooms. I’ve stayed here three times. I had the pleasure of interacting with Front Desk staffers Douglas (he’s passionate about his job and gave great recommendations) and Brooklyn (she was very helpful and professional). They both ensured we had an enjoyable, comfortable stay. The rooftop bar has delicious bites, drinks, a cool dj and great views.
Excellent, One of the highest quality hotels.

Douglas the front desk receptionist was the best. Room was divine. Clean and beautiful. Roof top bar was exceptional. I don’t have a bad thing to say about this stay.!!
