We were staying in the hotel for three nights. The experience is really unforgettable! The location is gorgeous, the service is excellent, the staff is professional and friendly, the room is immaculately clean, the food is delicious! That was the best and the most incredible experience of staying in the hotel we’ve ever had! Thank you all️

Ein hervorragendes Hotel in toller Lage, welches wir gerne wieder besuchen. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal in allen Bereichen. Super sauberes Haus und hervorragendes Frühstück mit charmantem Service. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten dank dieser erholsamen Situation einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Folkestone. Ein krönender Abschluss einer Schottland-England Reise. Nicht selbstverständlich, wie wir aus Erfahrung sagen können. Obendrein fußläufig der Badestrand und der Strandweg bis in die Altstadt.

Had an overall average experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for my needs. However, the room was noticeable small, which made it feel a bit cramped. The cleanliness was acceptable, and the amenities were basic but functional. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and don't plan on spending much time in the room, it could work fine. However, for the price, I expected a bit more space and comfort.

Not a bad stay, but nothing outstanding either- just okay.

The best thing was the amazing staff at check in and check out - both went above and beyond expectation to help, so friendly to our children and just super accommodating.

Lovely location, beautiful refurbishment of the hotel. Large room and I loved the toothbrush charger in the bathroom. Cosy and warm feeling.
Marco Pierre dinner fantastic and very good choice for breakfast.
Shame we were in a rush and could not stay longer but will be back. Thank you team.

The hotel is in a best position next to sea side. All the stay promise were kept. Everything was excellent except the breakfast service. I am a Diamond member and booked 3 rooms for 7 people. When we went to have breakfast and showed them the token the guy with suit refused the token. He said this is not valid and refered to go back to reception. At one point he accepted the token when i insist but then told us not sure if they can serve us as we were too many people. After waiting he managed to give us a table but no smile . he was asking about coffee to our next table few times and i was trying to approach him he was ignoring me all the time. At one point i went to the counter for coffee and he kind of dumped some coffee on the table and whe we asked him about a cuppacini he refused us with an attitude. We asked for 8 boiled eggs for 7 of us and the attitude we received like we were there as a monster! The whole breakfast time we were ignored while they were asking about breakfast around our tables. I felt really offended. During check out i was not asked about my stay!

Great hotel and very friendly staff. Shout out to Patrick on reception as he was very friendly and engaging.

Only one negative comment was that the lowest the air con would go down to was 21 degrees which was still a tad hot for this Scotsman. Apart from that this was a spot on hotel and one we’ll be staying at again.
