The staff was totally professional and the rooms were very clean. The young lady during the day was the best of the best

I feel this hotel was nice, but not top notch. The carpet in the room hallways on the 1st floor was warn. I noticed that right away. The pillows are horrible. No matter how many you asked for, they were marshmallows. The side facing the interstate is noisy all night...so hard to sleep. The bathroom shower door in our room did not close entirely, so when we used it, the floor accumulated water and we had to ask for towels to soak it up. Also, the caulking around the shower was a bit dingy. Grossing me out. I like clean and white. Manager was a bit gruff when I complained, but then offered a free refund and would give us extra points. I am not sure if we received them? I will have to check.

I stayed with my family for two nights and our stay was very pleasant.
We had a littly bumpy check in process as we had 2 rooms booked but it was not recognized by the front desk at first.
Once the problems was identified, staff was friendly and responsive to get it solved
Besides that, everything was great

This hotel was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was close enough to the stockyards but far enough away to be quiet. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at avid hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the free breakfast and hot coffee made with freshly ground coffee beans. All the appliances and TV worked with no issues and we appreciated the late check out option.

I had to spend a night in the area and preferred to stay at something new. Avid, as the newer brand of IHG, has always caught my attention. However, this property in Fossil Creek, even though as a new hotel, has shown some wears already. The room condition, level of cleanness, and hardware such as USB ports are not at their best.
Horrible Service, not Service Animal friendly

Don't waste your money on this hotel. The only good thing about it is the location. The manager Mian is rude and wouldn't let my Son's Service Animal stay, even though the website claims Service Animals are allowed. He refused my request to show him proof of the SA cert. The bathroom was dirty and leaked water, and he didnt care. Did not follow through on anything he promised. The only amazing person was his employee Shantiya.

Much more than expectations. Clean, comfortable, great sleep, health options at breakfast.
No carpet in rooms. Perfect shower and bed. Definitely need to try avid if you haven’t yet. Will surely be on our radar for future trips.

Such a clean and welcoming hotel, the breakfast provided was really good and smooth check in & out!
