My recent stay at was far below expectations.
We changed rooms and asked for our bags to be moved in the afternoon. When we returned late and tired, the bags were not there. Despite repeated calls, service was extremely slow.
The new room was also unacceptable — bed sheets smelled bad, and I found hair on the floor while praying. I immediately reported this and requested urgent action, yet over 40 minutes passed without any response.
the bathroom wasn’t clean
and there is always water leaking from the shower, which made the stay horrible.
Overall, the service was unprofessional, slow, and the cleanliness did not meet basic standards. Very disappointed.

الفندق جميل وموقعه جيد .. ولكن الموظفين (الاستقبال و السوبر فايرز) غير محترفين في التعامل مع النزلاء يحتاجون تدريب يليق بفندق خمسة نجوم.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at VOCO Jeddah hotel, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided during my visit.
In particular, I would like to highlight the outstanding professionalism and warm hospitality of Ms. Ruba at the reception.
From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with a genuine smile and handled everything with remarkable efficiency and kindness. Her attention to detail, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay incredibly smooth and enjoyable. She is truly a great asset to your team and reflects the best image of your hotel.
I would also like to thank Ms. Ahlam for her support and kindness. Her assistance was appreciated as well, and she contributed positively to my experience.
Overall, the atmosphere, cleanliness, and level of service exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to returning in the future.

My recent stay at VOCO Jeddah Gate Hotel during 24 - 29 July, 2025 was OUTSTANDING.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks and deep appreciation to Front Desk, Guest Relations and Guest Experience professional staff including Ms. Rawan, Ms. Ahlam, Ms. Shams and Ms. Roba for the extra special efforts exerted to make my stay along with my family great, relaxing and unforgettable. I do congratulate the hotel management for having such friendly, caring and supportive staff. They really made me feel like a member of the hotel extended family. They deserve to be recognized and acknowledged.
At check-in, I received a sincere warm welcome as an IHG member. My room preferences were all fulfilled. Room was perfect. Towels were clean and of good quality (very important for me).
The Mayara restaurant was another great story. Food quality, varieties and value along with highly experienced chiefs and service staff exceeded expectations.

Overall, a great experience. I am a senior level member on many hotel booking sites. My decision to go for this property was 100% thumbs up.
I had 04 guests checking in for 4 nights at Deluxe king rooms each. No complains with high level satisfaction!!!
