It was an amazing stay. The hotel is clean, quiet and modern. When I come to Jeddah, it will be on the top of my proposed list of hotels.

The hotel facility is new however the service is TERRIBLE. The nightmare started from checking in where my keys didn’t work and I had to go down again to reception to fix the issue.
The nightmare continued with my room not getting cleaned despite the fact I have personally informed the more that 4 hours. The breakfast quality is very poor and the cost is astronomical (about SR 300 for 2 people)

Really love all the things . The location .
The food is so fresh and delicious .
Warm welcome reception. Room service is excellent also . Room are so beautiful and calm atmosphere. Beautiful interior with good lighting. Very clean and comfortable beds .
Washroom are so beautiful and clean . All you necessary things available in washrooms. Towels and amenities very nice quality. Wifi qualify and signals are good. Light music in lobby making relax atmosphere. Lobby and pool area are so relaxing points . Beautifully organized everything. Enough space in rooms for pray . Qibla direction mentioned in rooms . Tea , coffee and water is complementary. Tea and coffee maker is available in rooms. Locker is available in drawer in room for your safety . Hair dryer is available. Great wifi signal strength and quality.
Very friendly and professional reception guys .lifts are so clean , quit and fast.
Overall great memorable stay . I refer to stay again in Voco Jeddah .

Very nice and comfy; however, the hotel's location is quite isolated, with no buildings or shops nearby, and taxis are not readily available.

People are so friendly and welcoming, rooms are great, the rain shower in my room wasn't working, but other than that all was great. People are the main highlight they are awesome, from Mohammed at the reception to Mustafa in the coffeshop. Thanks

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Voco Jeddah Gate Hotel and wanted to highlight the outstanding service I received particularly from a member of the housekeeping team, Abdul Rahim.
From the moment I arrived, Abdul Rahim consistently went above and beyond to ensure my room was immaculate, comfortable, and well-stocked. His attention to detail, professionalism, and warm demeanor made a significant difference in my overall experience.
Whether it was refreshing the room at just the right time or anticipating small needs before I even asked, his commitment to guest comfort truly stood out. It's clear that he takes pride in his work, and it reflects in the quality of service delivered.
Kudos to the management for having such a dedicated staff member. Thank you, Abdul Rahim, for making my stay feel like home. I look forward to returning soon!
8th time and still coming back

This was my 8th time staying at this new Voco branch. The hotel and staff are wonderful and I particularly like their gym. The location has easy access to major highways but the immediate area will hopefully be better developed over the next few years.
I already have my next stay booked. That should say it all
