Estar ciente do problema com o estacionamento

Depois de uma longa viagem, descobri que não havia estacionamento, com as poucas 20 vagas já pré-reservadas. Tive o aborrecimento de ter que encontrar outro lugar, o que realmente arruinou a noite. Não consegui encontrar o estacionamento externo recomendado pela recepção e tive que voltar a pé para voltar ao hotel.
Sugiro estacionar no estacionamento de vários andares do Leicester Royal Infirmary Hospital, na Havelock Street, LE2 7HA e fica aberto 24 horas por dia.
O cardápio de Refeições é limitado, então sugiro Bombay Bites, entregue por deliveroo.
Além do acima, eu diria que o hotel é um bom hotel de 3 estrelas, mas um mau hotel de 4 estrelas, limpo, funcional, mas com falta de personalidade e comodidades.

O hotel está em uma ótima localização, a uma curta caminhada do centro de Leicester ou a alguns minutos de táxi. Muito moderno, um pouco peculiar, muito limpo e bem isolado do ruído externo. A cama é super confortável, e o layout do quarto adicionou um toque de algo diferente, bom estar em um hotel que não é padrão.

Este hotel é um lugar inacreditavelmente elegante para estadia, os quartos e instalações são bem cuidados, limpos, modernos com tudo que você poderia desejar, o quarto e o banheiro são elegantes, os funcionários são simpáticos e estão dispostos a ajudar com qualquer problema que você possa ter, I recomendamos que você reserve com antecedência para que possa estacionar no estacionamento do hotel. No entanto, se estiver lotado, o estacionamento de vários andares da Royal Infirmary Leicester é uma boa escolha.

My friends and I all had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Great location for walking into the city centre and even though our stay coincided with a rugby match at the stadium next door, it didn't disturb us and in fact made for a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant/bar area!
Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, cheerful, helpful and professional.
Food was delicious - both in the evening and at breakfast.
Comfortable bed. Very clean room. Lovely bathroom.
Will definitely choose this hotel for my next stay in Leicester.

Was really impressed with this fairly new addition to the IHG offering in Leicester. Overall staff friendly and welcoming modern hotel and welcoming and IHG status recognised.
Received a very warm welcome from reception team and guided to alternative car options, a short distance away, as the small onsite undercroft car parking was fully booked. However the hotel drop off design allowed me to park the car outside for a short period, efficiently checking in without any stress of traffic wardens, security or ANPR cameras.
Hotel adjacent to the Leicester Tigers Rugby stadium and short distance from the King Power football stadium.
Checked in and allocated a lovely room with views over small park.
Bedroom was spacious and Bathroom was good with nice shower.
Voco had a good vibe and reminded me of the similarly modern Voco in Edinburgh. Good public areas on the first floor.
Decided to eat in hotel which was friendly, quick and reasonably priced.
Good nights sleep and lovely relaxed breakfast with good alternative menu options. Breakfast staff helpful and busy service dealt with efficiently.
Extended my checkout without any issue with the helpful reception team and had an explore of the City Centre and Richard III museum and Cathedral. The City centre is 10-15 mins away however all good for the step count.
Hotel at lunchtime had a nice area to watch midday football on the big screen.
Good check out by once again friendly and engaging staff. Overall a lovely 1 night stay.
Just a shame about the football result!

Great Front Desk, But Let Down by Poor Location and Housekeeping

We recently stayed at voco Hotels Leicester and had mixed feelings about the experience. The front desk staff were absolutely outstanding — easily the best we've encountered at any IHG hotel in Europe. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Unfortunately, the rest of the stay didn’t live up to that high standard. The location is less convenient than advertised. It’s next to a sports court and not particularly close to Leicester’s city centre, shopping areas, or the train station — a bit of a walk if you’re planning to explore the city.
The most disappointing part was the housekeeping. Our room's cup hadn’t been cleaned, and during our two-night stay, the cleaners only emptied the trash. The table wasn’t wiped, and nothing was refreshed, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before we arrived.
Overall, while the voco Leicester benefits from an excellent front desk team, the inconvenient location and poor housekeeping completely overshadow their efforts. Personally, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel, with friendly staff. Rooms were great with comfortable beds and pillows and great shower/bathroom.
Only downside would be lack/limited/price of parking at hotel and no specified or marked drop off outside the hotel. Other car park was 5-10 minutes walk away which is reasonable but may cause issues if it is raining
