I didnt like the bathroom in the middle of the room,my son was sleeping in the morning and I coulnt take a shower because I would wake him up,also so holders for towels are missing.

Tutto il personale gentilissimo accogliente e competente. Sala colazione eccezionale personale caloroso, cordiale, gentile e disponibile, ampia varietà di cibi e bevande. Ascensori: il traffico mattutino è intenso, troppa attesa per la corsa. Ristorante mezza pensione poca varietà nel menù con cibi molto sofisticati, buono, migliorabile specie per chi soggiorna per lavoro.

Hotel overall is very good, clean and helpful staffs. Hotel’s gym facilities is quite good, but only reason not to choose this property would be lack of service around hotel location and the environment of local place around the hotel.

I was surprised with the warmth and kindness of all the staff at the hotel. Was one if not the best experience in an hotel and I can say was because of the quality of people the hotel has!!!! Amazing!!!! Hope my message gets to the people at the hotel!!

Front office manager great guy. Gave lots of attentions
Food is good

Will stay again
Only drawback is that there is no tuck shop in the hotel and no shuttle is available to neatest mall.

Overall good experience because of staff. Food selection is poor and especially for vegetarians very poor no options other than small side dishes. Location not central to Milan or to Fiera convention but nice ambiance and modern hotel. Gym was very poor quality and tight

Nice modern hotel. We loved the big clean room with TV both with the sofa and at the bedroom. We spent time in the pool and can recommend it. At breakfast we could always ask for fried egg and omelet. Parking in garage and elevator directly to the room with digital keys.
