The staff were very nice. The breakfast was horrible. The eggs were powdered, the potatoes were undercooked, and the bagels were hard as a rock.
Awesome first time experience at this hotel brand.

After searching for a hotel to stay in for the night and failing to find a decent one at our usual chain of hotels we are members of, I came across Avid. Glad we did! Newfound friends!

Very clean rooms with great staff. Bathroom and shower had good water flow and Hot as you would like. Floors instead of carpet was much nicer and cleaner. The bed was extremely comfortable for a much needed rest.

é muito limpo e agradável. O ar-condicionado do nosso quarto precisava de atenção, e a pia do banheiro funcionava lentamente, mas no geral era um hotel muito bom. estadia lá novamente no futuro. meu marido tem uma operação cardíaca aberta em breve.

Superb room on the small side but adequate. Great staff. Great location. No in-room coffee was disappointment but coffee in lobby was excellent. I couldn’t get the TV to do anything but I didn’t try very long.

Efficient and effective service. Courteous staff. I enjoyed the fast pick-up from airport once I called.
