Constant 'hum' in the room

I stayed at Avid hotel in Perry, Ga. overnight on Sept. 20th. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable except for the constant 'humming' sound in the bathroom. I called down stairs and was told the hum was due to the AC units on the roof. To his credit he asked if I wanted another room but it was late so I declined.
The 4th floor rooms should only be used if the hotel is at capacity which was certainly not the case.
I will be reluctant to stay with you in the future.

I love these hotels they are amazing and not hard on the pocket book be it for family fun or work I have always had an amazing experience and the workers are so nice be it if I’m all dirty and smelly from work or if I have my family they are always very nice and respectful to me and I thank them for that and everything that they do for us always kind and answer questions to the best of their knowledge.

This was so crazy. I have stayed here 4 times in the last year for work. Never really had an issue. Asked to switch rooms once because there was a weird vibration coming from the AC or vents or something, they were very accommodating, thought it was a great place. This last time, I went to do my expense report for work and had an unknown $15 charge from them after checkout. I called and they said it was for a missing hanger. A MISSING HANGER? First, I absolutely didn't take a hanger. Second, to just charge someone's card for that without an email or call or anything? Third, making housekeeping count hangers every day? Have you heard of cost of doing business? Also, because there is no real closet, the hangers are not very functional outside of the hooks in Avid, so why take one?? The phone call to ask what the charge was for was also seriously unsettling. I could hear the attitude coming through the phone. Rather curt, as if I thought I had gotten away with my brilliant hanger theft and was now wasting her time. Definitely not staying here again.

Cão latindo do outro lado do corredor latiu à noite e de manhã cedo, mantendo-nos acordados.
Fui tomar café por volta de 8:30 e não havia ovos nem salsichas, havia cereais espalhados pelo chão, o lixo estava lotado e os tampos das mesas estavam sujos.

Adoramos nossa estadia, o café da manhã, as camas e os funcionários foram excelentes.
O único problema foi a pressão da água no chuveiro.

Hotel was not clean - specifically the bathroom. My sheets had tiny hairs all over and some stains on the pillow cases. The gym overall was also not very clean. However, the staff were friendly, check in was quick and easy and the water pressure was great. I did have a spider in my shower which added to the feeling of uncleanliness.

Stay was pleasant and area is rather convenient for food stores and restaurants and within walking distance too. Close to Main Street (downtown Perry) drive wise (few min).
Breakfast was not just grab and go but had eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes and then your fruits, cereal, juice bar, etc.
Loved the 24/7 access to coffee, tea, water, ice and the gym.
Laundry area is washer / dryer (yes you have to pay about $5-8 depending if you have your own detergent). Not 24/7 (probably because it’s located next to rooms.
I did find it but odd that there wasn’t a private (behind closed doors) “office/ meeting area” in case you have to work. Also indoor pool only. Wish there was like little outside area by the pool you can just hang outside in the sun or choose sit under shade.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. Monday/ Tuesday and j believe Wednesday, our housekeeper Sharon was awesome. Friendly, helpful and on point with clean up/ replacement. But once she was off, immediate difference and lack of quality in the work.
Amanda at the front desk was the best honestly. Friendly, professional, engaging… smile on her face. Very welcoming.
For the money, the value in general - there are other hotels with more or better amenities for better price. I’m grateful I can use my points for this.
Also the hotel doesn’t accept dogs (just service animals).
Beds are comfortable mattress wise (but the bad frames squeak for some reason when you get in/ out of bed), choice of firm or soft pillow, A/C worries great, water pressure in shower is amazing (if you have kids, at least in the double Queen room - no detachable shower head).
