Muito limpo, ótimo café da manhã, hospitalidade incrível, ótima iluminação no estacionamento, adoramos o chuveiro, a equipe do check-in foi ótima, muito amigável e experiente, a equipe do café da manhã foi muito atenciosa, eu recomendo os hotéis.

se está procurando um lugar para estadia por alguns dias e não quer gastar muito dinheiro e ainda ter o mesmo conforto, este é o lugar. O hotel estava tranquilo e limpo. Chego tarde da noite e estava um grupo de adolescentes no saguão, que estava na verdade calado e respeitoso. A equipe foi boa e agradável. O café da manhã para viagem era bom.

Very clean & new. No coffee in room (guess this is a new thing :/ ) Staff was OUTSTANDING! Upgrade to a larger room, due to satus-no attempt. Good thing it was only one night and I was solo. Better luck, next time-if there is a next time.

Very nice and clean hotel. The host at check in was a nice, courteous and welcoming gentleman. Didn’t get his name but he was very welcoming and left a good impression on me. I have booked about 4 more nights in the next 2 weeks at this hotel because I enjoyed my first stay. WiFi was great throughout my stay and never lost connection. Breakfast was okay and standard. Rooms were clean. Shower pressure could be better on the 4th floor but it wasn’t bad. I wish they had a microwave in a common area of every floor so guest didn’t have to come down to the lobby to warm up their food but that’s the only 1 thing I would change.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the avid Plano North. Thr staff was very kind and courteous. Always willing to help with a smile. The location was excellent and convenient to everything I needed for our trip. I'll be returning next time I'm visiting family in the area!

Enjoyed our stay.. Very clean and welcome staff/Breakfast staff was amazing! Prit from from desk had great customer service! The breakfast lady who was setting/arranging the breakfast was great too.. Unfortunately the checkout staff in the front desk didn't acknowledge us at all..we checked out 10:45am before checkout time.. it was cold.. Other than that it was great!!
