O único lugar para estadia em Traverse City, Michigan. Lisa, Carolina, Mike, Ellsa, Sofia e o GM Mikala são incríveis, tiveram uma estadia de uma semana prolongada para duas semanas e eles não hesitaram em acomodar minhas necessidades. Quando eu chegar a Traverse City, MI no futuro, este será o ÚNICO HOTEL Vou me hospedar, o café da manhã é ótimo, a limpeza está MUITO acima do Standard.

Very Small rooms and a really small pool, wished it was bigger and have more seating. was kind of clean except for the glass on our floor that I stepped on. But liked the location was easy to walk to the beach and a couple restaurants.

Review Title: A Tale of Two Stays – Very Different Experiences
I recently stayed at two IHG properties in Michigan — one in Traverse City and one in Grand Rapids — and the experiences could not have been more different.
In Traverse City, the room was very small, almost “European style.” The dining experience also fell short: food options were limited and unusual, with items like bacon bits instead of the heartier breakfast I would expect. Considering the cost was quite high — nearly a third more than what I paid in Grand Rapids — the value simply wasn’t there.
By contrast, my stay in Grand Rapids was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the food offerings were plentiful and generous. The overall experience felt welcoming and much more in line with what I’ve come to expect from IHG hotels.
In short, while Grand Rapids was a strong example of the quality and hospitality IHG is known for, Traverse City left me disappointed, especially given the higher price point. Consistency across locations is key, and I hope IHG takes this feedback to heart.

This hotel was one of the cleanest and nicest hotels my wife and I have have ever stayed at. The rooms and beds were excellent in design, comfort and cleanliness. The exercise room was also clean and well maintained. The breakfast was outstanding and diversified. Staff was exceptionally friendly. One of the perks is the bike path is right behind the hotel so that made it nice not to have to travel with our bikes to starting point as we could simply hop on and go! I highly recommend this hotel!

Room and bathroom way too small especially considering the cost. Didn’t even have a closet, just hooks in the wall, like I would expect from a cheap room. For $300 a night, I want to feel comfortable and not cramped.
Door didn't lock!!

I have stayed here every month since February and have been happy with the hotel. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. I realized she i had been out if my room for several hours and came back that the door did not lock. I was in TC because my father was passing. I was told I could move rooms but did not have time to do that as I was running to be with him. The person working was able to shut it and lock it but told me there was no maintenance until Monday. Shouldn't the room cleaning team have been aware that the door didn't lock? Very frustrating. Staying at Baywatch this weekend.
