The recognition of IHG Diamond membership, room type was upgraded.
Friendly staff, good service, special thanks to the bar waiter till quite late.
Free parking, good diversity of breakfast, ... overall strongly recommend.

1 night stay with family - worth every penny

We had decided to stay in this hotel close to the airport after 14 days in Italy.
I had some correspondence with front desk on email in regards to early check in and they were very helpful and accommodated my request
They were friendly in the reception and we also managed to get a very late check out which helped our flight plans
Rooms were nice and so was the restaurant, food and our waiter. Fully present and professional
I will recommend this hotel for a day or three.
Only 2 really minuses are the area (fells like industrial),- but only 12 minutes walk to a shopping mall and then the missing pool (which You offcourse know when you book)

Very quaint and quite place. Located conveniently near a mall and several restaurants. It was the prefect little place to stay on our visit to Venice. Not too far away and not so close as to be touristy!

Overall, it’s a very nice hotel with good service and comfortable rooms. We were very happy with our stay. The only downside is the location, as it’s a bit far from the center of Venice

One of the best trips away from Canada and its all due to our stay at the Voco hotel. Yes Venice is lovely and ecxiting to visit but Voco helped create that memorable vacation by offering world class service and comfort. The Voco hotel was an pleasurable oasis for us after a crazy crowded day walking around Venice.

Based on the hotel description and reviews, I chose this hotel for both convenience to VCE airport old town Venice/island. Unfortunately, it was neither of those things. I only had a short afternoon and overnight, so my time was limited. With that in mind, public transportation was efficient if the timing worked. The hotel was a 15-minute walk from the nearest train station and 10-minute walk from the bus station. The location required transfers on multiple transportation modes, so I ended up in taxis to/from the airport and to/from the city. The gym at the hotel was extremely limited with a max dumbbell weight of 10kg and a broken cable machine. On the plus side, staff was friendly, hotel was clean, bar/lounge area had a variety of games. However, if your plan is to be close to VCE airport and/or go into the city, this is not your hotel.
