This was my first stay at an AVID hotel and it could not have been better. it was excellent from check in to check out.

i had a great time at the hotel with very clean rooms and all its details, the bathroom was very big with a small room, the food was very tasteful and served on time.

I booked this hotel using IHG points, but my stay was extremely disappointing. On the first night, around 11 PM, two other guests were able to open my room door due to a hotel error in issuing room keys. This was a major security concern.

Additionally, the hotel mistakenly charged my credit card for the stay. Although I was told that this was their error and that a refund would be issued, it has been over two weeks and I still have not received it.

Overall, the hotel’s management seems disorganized, and I cannot recommend it due to the safety and billing issues I experienced.

Quick, clean, as it should

Room was clean and nice. everything worked as I used it. HVAC did not seem to work as intended. Fan speed did not change (high vs low) stayed the same. Also tried to shut unit down(off) and fan ran all night.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The basics were good -- good bed, good bathroom, clean, etc. Breakfast was 3-star. However, the king-bed room was very "tight" and minimal. No room for 2 people to sit, except on the bed. The hotel's *one* ice machine was broken and out of service. OK for one-night stays. Would not book again for 2-or-more night stays.

The breakfast was a bit subpar. We have stayed at numerous hotels in the area and the breakfast here was probably the worst. Not a big deal to me, they are never particularly good. They had the usual options of cereal, baked goods, some not so fresh fruit, and reconstituted scrambled eggs with a rotating meat option (usually sausage).
The workout area was adequate. It had free weights, treadmill, stair climber and some tension bands. Meh, but it works.
The rooms were clean. The bed was reasonable but I have definitely had more comfortable mattresses at other hotels. Notably though, NO BEDBUGS!!! That was a huge plus because I have had 2 bed bug hotels in this area.
The rate was very reasonable for the rooms. I will likely book here again in the future.

This seems geared toward younger hotel clients, lots of teen sports teams in attendance. For IHG, I think I would have expected the price of this line of hotels to be on the lower end but that wasn’t really the case, at least in this city during this time of year.

Hotel Confortável . Parece muito novo. Adorei o café de 24h.

Um grande problema, o serviço de limpeza veio para esvaziar a lixeira e fornecer novas toalhas e passar pelo ferrolho para manter a porta aberta. O problema é que eles não trancavam a porta depois do banho e deixou o quarto aberto com todas as minhas coisas por horas até que eu voltasse.
Falei com o gerente de plantão, que ficou arrependido e disse que o chefe da equipe de serviço de limpeza falaria comigo no dia seguinte. Eles nunca chegavam. Lixo do quarto e toalhas não substituídos naquele dia. Nada foi feito para resolver o problema ou oferecer compensação.

Aproveite o novo visual. Muito limpo. Viaje com um animal de estimação. O hotel tinha uma seção de quartos para animais de estimação. Primeiro andar. Reunião familiar no corredor. O gerente comia com os funcionários. A dele chegou lá cedo e até tarde. Lembrem-se de quando eu era militar. Ele observou o hotel! Também trabalhei com os associados da equipe. O Chef Chefe cuidou da cozinha, como podemos ajudá-lo? Minha primeira impressão foi o Sr. Thomas. Eu diria que ele é o aprendiz do gerente (Sr. Clarance). Nós voltaremos. A máquina de café fresco foi a melhor. Café sempre fresco. O orgulho e a alegria do Sr. Clarance. Não deixe de experimentar!

Meu namorado e eu fizemos uma estadia aqui recentemente por uma noite. Fiquei satisfeito com a limpeza e acima de tudo o ambiente. A cama king size era muito confortável. Não quis levantar no dia seguinte de tão confortável. O quarto era muito limpo, assim como todo o hotel. Eu não tenho 1 nenhuma reclamação, o café da manhã estava acima quando descemos. Mas, honestamente, a culpa foi nossa, a cama era confortável demais para se levantar .. muitas vezes, recomendo este hotel se você quiser uma boa noite de sono.

Adoramos nossa estadia!

Os funcionários foram simpáticos e solícitos. O hotel era muito limpo e moderno. As camas eram muito confortáveis e nós adoramos o piso de superfície dura nos quartos em vez de carpete. Desfrutamos do café da manhã e adoramos janelas e luz natural na área de alimentação. Nosso único problema foi ter uma temperatura mais constante no quarto à noite, pois ficaríamos quentes antes de o ar-condicionado funcionar. No geral, recomendamos vivamente este local!
