My wife and I had wonderful experience at this location when we look for stop overs we will definitely make a effort to stay at one of these places.

Property was well maintained & clean. Unit was outstanding; clean, quiet, well appointed. The facility is centrally located to major attractions and shopping. Staff could not have been nicer!

We stayed at this club location for the value. It has two outdoor pools and a small indoor pool. We stayed mid September and the outdoor pools were too cold to use- unfortunately they seem to not be heated at all. The kids were bummed.
My kids slept on the pull out couch and said it was of normal comfort. The washer and dryer in our not was so wonderful to have even for our short stay.
We had an excellent stay and would stay here again.

O resort tinha muitas comodidades. Ficamos na suíte exclusiva, que era muito espaçosa para uma família de 4. As Piscinas são menores, mas oferecem um local tranquilo e relaxante para descontrair. A localização era ótima, perto de todos os pontos de interesse principais e restaurantes.

So I checked in and the beginning and we looked at the room an then we went to the pool which was honestly h best part of the stay when we got back to the room the power in my 1 bedroom room went out at 6 and they came like a hour after I called and said they couldn’t do anything about it tonight so I had to share the pull out in the living room with my wife an 2 kids we left in the morning and told the maintenance that they could work on the room they didn’t come fix the room till 1-2 pm the next day and when they decided to correct the situation was at 4 o’clock that was the down of my vacation.

Excellent roomy room, plenty useful amenities and nice location and well great maintained place. Close to water park, outlet and many great local restaurants including Le yaca one of the best local French restaurants with amazing food and very affordable price and nice relaxing and elegant dining restaurant

Overall the hotel was excellent. The suite was clean and well maintained. Having a washer and dryer in the room was an excellent feature to have with children. My only issues had were: the bed was too soft (which is a personal preference, but even wife, who likes a soft bed thought it was too soft); the TV didn't have a guide list, so you could see what was coming on or available on other channels; it took me a couple of days to figure out the TV remote, better guidance would have helped; WIFI was available, but my phone had trouble connecting to it, especially from my room; the kids were excited about having a bowling ally in the hotel, but when we checked it out, it was too expensive for my family. Other activities, miniature golf, were more reasonably priced. The last issue I had was the hard sell to participate in a "join the club" sells pitch (think time-share) while I was checking in. I understood the reason for the pitch, but getting hit with it after a long day on the road turned me off. I was tired and simply wanted to get to my room.

We recently did a quick day trip to the Holiday Inn Vacation Club in Williamsburg and overall had a good time. We loved that there were three pools to choose from — one indoor and two outdoor — which gave us plenty of options to relax and swim.
The check-in staff were very nice and informative, and although they provided information about the timeshare presentation, there was no pressure to attend, which we appreciated.
One downside was that resort activities like mini golf and bowling weren’t included for guests — we were a bit disappointed to find out there was an extra cost for these.
Room cleanliness could definitely be improved. We found dirty plates, bowls, and cups left behind, and the pull-out sofa had quite a bit of dirt and hair. The towels also didn’t feel very clean.
Overall, despite some housekeeping issues, we enjoyed our stay and the pools were definitely the highlight!
Villa Value Proposition

This is a great option for families with small children due to the various amenities offered at this location. The two bedroom villas are spacious with two bathrooms to help getting ready in the morning plus having a full kitchen with all the requirements made the trip that much easier. The property is adjacent to main shopping area & restaurants as well as various parks and activities in the Williamsburg area. The grounds are beautifully maintained, although the units could use a minor refresh on the interior. Staff are friendly and helpful. Onsite amenities include three pools and other activities to keep the family engaged on non-park days or during inclement weather and no pressure to attend a timeshare presentation which was appreciated as we were definitely not interested. This is a great location to use points or free night certificates! The only negatives for this review would be housekeeping should be less aggressive on checkout days and more familiar with actual checkout times, guests should not have to take out the trash & recyclables, and it would be great if the pools could open earlier than 9am in the summer months.
