I booked it online at a great price. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was great. We thought the room was great at first, but as we stayed in it, we started to smell different things such as cat urine we kept sneezing and haven’t watery eyes. I looked at the air filter was completely clogged up with dirt, dust, and grime had to ask them to come change both of them which they did. The shower had absolutely zero water pressure. My wife had a very hard time washing her long hair because it took forever for the water to get the soap out. The shower curtain had mold and black spots around the bottom where the magnets are. Upon checkout, the price that I booked it for was not what we were charged for the second third fourth and fifth night. There is a parking charge, which is ridiculous considering there are plenty of parking spots for the guest and every morning when I went out, there were over 20 empty parking spots. It was a high charge every day just to park there. I was told by the checkout staff that it was my fault for not checking the everyday price instead of just looking at the day that I booked it for. On Google and the site I booked the hotel for did not mention a parking charge.

Room was acceptable, it not happy that they don’t tell you about the $12 per day parking fee. Absolutely nonsense!!

Very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. I felt really comfortable in my room due to the comfort of the bed and amenities as if I was in a home instead of a hotel.

A weekend in OKC with 4 teens and 2 adults. The suite is accommodating with the two beds and pull out sofa. A fully equipped kitchen is a bonus. The breakfast is above most. The hotel is in the perfect place to walk around Bricktown and convenient for other parts of OKC. Staff was pleasant. Check-in and check-out was very fast and easy! Only negative is that they do charge you $12 a night for parking. That adds up as an extra charge quick when you're staying more than one night!

I was very impressed with the hotel: attentive staff, clean room and common areas, full variety in the breakfast buffet, "The Social" from 5:30-7:00 with its complimentary light fare and beverages, walking distance to food, sports, and the convention center, and a very modest parking fee of $12. Thank you for a nice stay!

This was one of the nicest and accommodating places we have stayed at in quite a while! The staff was great and the social event they do on Monday- Wednesday evenings was fantastic!! Will stay here each time we travel to OKC

Pretty good Bricktown location, Easy Parking, but seems new policy is to charge $12/night- I’d rather just see honest room rates and avoid the hidden charges. But the suites are large with functional kitchens, bed comfortable, great linen and excellent room service. Very clean! Best breakfast bar of any IHG I stay at, same for social hour Mon-Wed - great job, the employees put in a lot of work to keep it fresh and clean - personable staff too. I’ll stay at Bricktown Staybridge when I return to OKC.

Hotel was clean, well kept, safe and comfortable. Situated in downtown, close to hospital.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Also Fully equipped Kitchen in room, well-lit parking lot .

The rooms were clean and well attended. From check-in to check-out we saw nothing but friendly, helpful staff.
The only suggestion to other travelers would be to place a towel in the tub before taking a shower since the tub surface is quite slick.
