Manager Tammy doesn't know how to do her job and no other management was available. Lauren was very polite, nice, and professional and so was Monique!

We had some issues with some reservations The manager Tammy had no idea what the hotel policies/regulations were. We were told several times by Tammy that we would receive a call back, as she was reaching out to the owners. We never did receive a call back. I don't believe there was ever a true intention to return our call.
Monique was very helpful and so was Lauren. They did whatever they could to remedy our situation. Without a manager present, they were limited to their abilities, but they were very nice and professional.
Don't get the big suite!

Don't get the "big" suite! I didn't ask for it either, but there are many problems with this room. At face value, the living room is nice, but nothing works.
No Hot water

Our room for that day, which was room 106, did not have any hot water. We told the front desk about the issues,only to get, I am so sorry. I will not be back to this hotel. We was only here for a baseball tournament, other wise we would have stayed in Lake Charles hotels.

I have been staying at this place for months while my house is being repaired and it is a fantastic place to stay friendly friendly people great staff and location is great too.,
Comfortable bed and plenty of space I the room big bathroom and over all great stay

This place has the location the access to the road and the space of the room like no other near or close to it and specifically the price and you are so close to the golden nugget or L’Auberge if you wish to gamble and it’s only 14 minutes away you can beat that and also close to the best seafood . Fantastic stay. Will come back very shortly to have an experience like this. 9/7/24-9/9/24 great place

This location has become our go-to when we have plumbing issues at our rental which is right down the road. We would go to no other hotel even though the internet here is rather slow and I can't work from home as I need to

家族と共にテキサス州ジョージア州州 へ旅行していましたが、少し休息を取ろうとして、別のホテルで嫌な思いをした経験からニーズにぴったりのキャンドルウッド スイーツを選んだのです。滞在していたのですが、今回のことは、私たちの期待をすべて満たすことができ、大満足でした。

ぐっすり眠れました。 でも、朝適用されなかった時には、食べ物がなく、これはがっかりしたことだと思いました。 トイレの裏に立ち寄り、誰かにおされたようでした。 お客様に無料の朝食をお召し上がりいただけるよう、手配してください。

ハリケーン「ベリル」の被害により、 2室の客室を貸したのに 滞在にとても失望しました。 到着してチェックインするまで、 1時間以上も待たされました。 客室はひどい臭いでした。 部屋のコンロやゴミ処理もうまくステイすることができなかった。 家族は1夜しか臭いを楽しむことができませんでした。
マネージメントからあなたの部屋の1室を無料で提供すると言われていましたが、こうしたことは一度もありませんでした。 このロケーションでは、2度と滞在しないと思います。

このホテルは、この料金で期待できるすべてが揃っています。 清潔な客室、快適なベッド、気持ちの良いエステサービス。 唯一の問題はダイヤモンドエリート会員ということだけ。特典のひとつは、午後2時までのチェックアウトでした。 これを利用することはほとんどありませんし、遅くなるのは分かっており、特典を利用しようと考えたのです。 11 : 45 AM サイトのスタッフがドアを強く押して、滞在を延長するか、あるいは正午のチェックアウトにチェックアウトするかと聞いてきました。 ダイヤモンドエリートであることを伝えると、お客様は謝罪してきました。 1時間後にハウスキーピングがドアをノックして到着したので、同じように連絡してください。
客室は特に静かで快適でした。

キャンドルウッド スイーツでの滞在には、私たちがホテルに求めるすべてが揃っていました。 ニーズをすべて満たしてくれた。客室は清潔でベッドも快適で、翌日訪れることになる会場にも非常に近かったです。 親切でフレンドリーなスタッフが私たちを温かく迎えてくれました。
