Hotel is een beetje verouderd maar oké.
Zeer jammer dat er in het ganse hotel geen verwarming was. Iedereen zat in het restaurant met de jas en sjaal aan. Ongelooflijk. In de kamer kregen we dan een elektrische verwarming.

Just enjoyed four nights at this go to hotel in le touquet. Most of the staff were super helpful and friendly. Nice size rooms and very comfy. No air and bathroom is separate to toilet and involves three doors. Means washing hands is tricky. Showers are over bath but does means if you aren’t confident on your feet it could be tricky. Nothing a good refurb wouldn’t resolve. Usually have breakfast included based on my status but was told no at check in and made to feel a little unwelcome as a loyal IHG member.

Perfect in every way , food, ambience, staff, location, amenities etc . Will go again with my family. Hotel staff very friendly and breakfast was amazing . Location was 15 minuted walk from the beach and restaurants.

Great service, incredible location, hotel rather tired and needs an upgrade. Rooms comfortable but no attention goven to whether any shampoo or shower gel was still left. Poor wuality shower despite modern type room. Swimming pool could be incredible but jacuzzi out of service and once someone's in the pool, the whole area is flooded.

Good location, but very tired hotel. Could be great and it has a lot of potential. Good amenities.
Rooms need renovating and modernising. Aircon is essential.
Beds need replacing as do the pillows.
Easy to walk to the centre which is approximately 15 mins away.

Problème avec le robinet du lavabo de la salle de bain : il n'y avait de l'eau chaude qu'en mettant au bout de l'eau chaude, sinon l'eau était froide. J'ai remonté le problème à la réception le mardi matin. Un technicien devait passer voir dans la journée. Mais je n'ai pas vu de différence dans la suite de mon séjour.
Jeudi matin et vendredi matin, j'ai eu aussi un problème avec la douche. Après l'avoir réglé pour avoir de l'eau tiède, elle devenait brulante ou glaciale. Et si par chance, j'arrivais à la régler à nouveau correctement, ça recommençait un petit peu après. Donc, moment très déplaisant lors de la douche.
Le papier peint de la pièce principale se décollait très légèrement à quelques endroits et la moquette m'a semblé avoir quelques petites tâches.
J'ai trouvé aussi pas terrible le jardinet "privatif" avec bruit du parking et des camions de livraisons derrière la haie.
Points positifs : la chambre était spacieuse et confortable, j'y ai très bien dormi, une jolie piscine intérieure, un bon petit-déjeuner et un personnel toujours sympathique.

My family and I booked a two storey family room for a one night stay at the end of our French holiday. The room was of an ideal size.
We were met with a very warm welcome by the hotel staff who were extremely friendly.
The only reason for marking down was to make the point about room refreshments. Knowing that I’d booked a hotel for four individuals it was extremely poor to only be given a single complementary water.
The same goes for the room coffees, milk and so on. There were only two coffees, no milk and no tea option. It’s frustrating to have to ask for this when it’s something so simple that costs pittance to facilitate.
Overpriced and not 4 star

Very expensive and not a 4 star. In poor state - acknoledge by staff - apparently closing for refurbishment, but not reflected in the price. Restaurants advertised closed - had to go oof site for food.

Highly recommend. The hotel is lovely, conveniently located and has great services and staff. We were worried when we got there as the outside doesn't stand out much but the inside is really different, clean, with lots of light and nicely decorated. The staff was really friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There are a lot of activities available on site and the beach is easily accessible on foot or a very short drive away

Facilities not working.
Very loud rude group of men. Couldn’t go to the bar and trapped in our room most of the evening doors shut due to the group
