This was the third visit to the Hotel and as always it was great. Staff friendly and helpful, room clean and tidy. Restaurant area and the food was good. I will use the Hotel for my next visit.
My only issue was the massive increase in points for the one night stay. I accept the Oasis concert was on that evening, but the Hotel still had rooms available so why, as a long term Customer, did I have to use 83,000 point more than six times the normal rate. Not happy and I have reflected this in the value rating, normally 5 star

Not enamoured! Tv was not working every channel cut off food was ok got a beer which was off never ate breakfast 2nd day as breakfast was only just warm on first day
Bed was brick hard

Lovely staff. Lovely room very comfortable and clean and close to Coop Live so the perfect place to stay if you’re going to a gig nearby.

a great place to stay, the staff are great, area seems quite we had a good nights sleep, second time here will use again.

Fantastic amenities.
Lovely hotel staff.
Complementary parking due to room being unavailable.

This hotel looks reasonably new, there is a large car park (chargeable at £10 for 24 hrs) on site. The hotel is very clean and the entrance and reception areas are bright and welcoming. Complementary coffee and tea is provided in the breakfast section all day long which is nice. Room 113 was clean and comfortable however I have a couple of gripes: no iron in room which would be nice to iron shirts etc and the toilet is way too close to the wall, literally 3 inches away. Plus the towel rail is located just in front of the toilet so I kept banging my knee on it. Besides these two issues, the stay was very pleasant and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Coop Live or the other large stadiums in the area.

Was charged twice for the room.

I always choose this hotel whenever I visit Manchester, and it never disappoints. The location is fantastic, the rooms are beautifully maintained, and the reception staff are consistently welcoming and professional. It’s an all-around excellent hotel, and I’ll continue to stay here every time I’m in the city

Fantastic value for money - based a few minutes walk from the Metrolink which will take you to the city centre in around 10-15 minutes
Rooms are a little on the small side but still do the job perfectly well, beds very comfortable & the breakfasts are extremely tasty - Also free parking with being an IHG rewards member (saving £10 a day)

Second time we have stayed at this hotel and it does not disappoint. Quirky brand offerings from Niu including games and vinyl record player in lounge area. Staff great, value very affordable and gated free parking. Location is a downhill 15/20 min walk to the city, or a £6 uber
