Clean room
Christmas decor gave home-ish touch

Exercise equipment was a surprise

Need more options for breakfast [had to stick to available no choice]
Accessible from train station
Quiet location
Did not use but wifi available
Staff mostly nice, only 1 not-so-nice experience at night front desk [was more caught up in the movie or whatever on mobile phone....didn't even look up] Daytime staff more assertive and helpful
I will stay again and already recommended
Breakfast missing basics

Breakfast basics missing (in my case milk) from Tuesday to Friday. Every day staff said they ordered it but it had not come in. Nobody seemed even interested in finding a solution. An unconventional run to the next convenience store could have fixed this problem. Staff either not interested or not empowered to fix small problems.
Surprised by exercise equipment in the room

It was a great surprise to walk into the room and see an exercise bike and TRX like ropes together with videos about how to use the ropes and for what muscular purpose. We had gotten the room as it was conveniently located. The equipment was a huge bonus.
Great hotel, service is wonderful and room was clean and beautiful.

Stayed overnight. Check in was fast and courteous. Room was so clean. Beds were really comfortable. Next morning coffee was excellent and so was tea. Breakfast was quick and tasted good. Front desk checkoutt was really quick.

Great location right off route 15. made it easy to get to our destination. Free extra coffee in the early mornings was great. I liked the plain and flavored water offerings near the front desk. Foam roller in the room was nice to use for a sore back.

I recently stayed at this IHG hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The property is beautifully designed, with a modern yet welcoming atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The attention to detail in the decor gives it a unique charm, setting it apart from other hotels.

The hotel offers a range of amenities that truly enhance the experience, from a well-equipped fitness center to an inviting pool area.
The combination of thoughtful design and quality amenities makes this hotel a memorable place to stay. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Having been a former employee of Holiday Inn. I have to say this is a great hotel.

The room and towels had a strange odor. There were no toiletries. The soap in the dispensers did not smell good. We went two nights without a tv. The website advertises free breakfast but it was not free. It also did not taste good. The hotel did have a very nice gym though.

Good location, easy parking, comfortable bed, good lighted bathroom with shower, but room was too cold and i could not get the temperature lowered - i froze.

This hotel had great coffee, but everything else was subpar. It needs updating and many many improvements! Do not recommend

Disappointed by the lack of recognition of IHG loyalty status. They only recognize Diamond Status for IHG members
We could have stayed at any other hotel for similar or better customer service experience.
