I’ve stayed at the Even Hotel before, and on this last visit they truly saved the night for me. After a long day of travel, I was so relieved to find my room still available. When I shared what a difficult day I’d had, the staff kindly offered me a beverage and some snacks—such a thoughtful gesture.
I was also glad to see that one of their amenities is an EV charging station, which made my stay even more convenient. The staff were consistently pleasant, helpful, and greeted me with the utmost respect. This level of service and care is why I’ll continue choosing the Even Hotel.

Was here for work and to relax a little! The staff at this hotel is top notch! They were all super friendly, approachable, and welcoming. I loved the gym and the workout equipment in my room. Location is easy access to lots of shopping, dining, and other activities. Would recommend and will stay here again!

We chose EVEN for our stay in Sarasota to celebrate my birthday. This hotel is amazing! We were welcomed by staff, who were super friendly and answered all our questions quickly. The check-in was super fast, extended only because we met Brisket (the beautiful goldendoodle at the front desk). Our room again exceeded our expectations, with a sweet note from the housekeeper and a very comfortable bed! Definitely will stay here again!
Not a quality Even Hotel

Very disappointed in this hotel. It is old, pool was not clean. Light bulbs dim and covered in grime. We had previously stayed at Even Hotel Miami Airport and it was awesome. This hotel does not come close. Not sure room door was a fire door as light came through bottom. No sound proofing, could hear next door guests talking.

1st stay at EVEN brand hotel. Spent 3 nights. Very positive experience. Friendly staff, including the hotel dog! Made to order breakfast was GREAT. Appreciated the EV chargers on site.

The hotel is clean & the staff are friendly. It is located in an excellent area for shopping, restaurants & getting on/off the interstate. With the positives being said here are the negatives. Our shower water pressure was very poor. Hard to get soap out of hair almost. My husband went to breakfast at 6:30 am on Friday and waited for 15-20 minutes and no one ever came out to greet or seat anyone. This morning, the last day of our stay, at 3AM the fire alarm's battery started chirping. When I checked out the staff never even asked how our stay was so I didn't tell her about the chirping alarm.
Overall on a 1-5 scale with 5 being perfect I would give Even a 3 1/2.

Affordable quality hotel in the Sarasota area. The restaurant offers delicious quality hot meals as well as hot breakfast. There is a fully stocked bar too. The location is very close to the highway so there is some noise.

We stayed at the Even Hotel Lakewood Ranch in Sarasota for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The staff were fantastic and the food was excellent. Can’t recommend this enough - give them a shot and you won’t be disappointed!
Pleasant stay. Great venue for conferences, etc.

Stayed here on business due to a retreat held at hotel. I enjoyed the stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Meeting space was good with only one time when another group's enthusiasm was a little disruptive with too much outside noise.
The food at meals for lunch and dinner was good with plenty available. The staff was very helpful during this time.

Over priced 169$ when Expedia had a Lowe price and on the hotel page had another price go and person and got over charged 30$
