Enjoy spacious hotel-suite, condo-style accommodations from 300 to 1,500 square feet including studios & one- and two-bedroom villas equipped with kitchenette or full kitchen. While our mountain setting offers beautiful views high above Lake Tahoe, please note that guest rooms are not equipped with a/c.

Ready to hit the slopes? In winter, guests can enjoy the 4,800 skiable acres of nearby Heavenly Mountain via a short drive to Stagecoach Chairlift, or a complimentary shuttle or short walk to our Skier Express depending on villa location.

Be ready to rejuvenate at one of our indoor or outdoor hot tubs just steps away from your villa. Each building has its own designated area for relaxation, in addition to two pools near the Clubhouse and Resort Center.

Supremely placed on a Sierra Nevada ridge, this resort is in the perfect location to take in breathtaking views of Carson Valley and explore Lake Tahoe.
