The hotel was very clean, the staff was very courteous and eager to help. The hotel has only been opened for a couple of months so everything very nice. The only issue that I experienced was the loud beeps from the elevators, I'm sure that's an easy fix for maintenance to correct.

I was delighted with the warm reception and attentive service from all the staff.
The hotel was comfortable, impeccable clean, and remarkable quiet.
I enjoyed my stay so much that I decided to extend it.
I extended my sincere gratitude to the staff for allowing me to have a pleasant time in their hotel.

The building is very new! Which is a plus, the staff was very welcoming , and the place had an amazing vibe to it. No bad experiences at all.

This is a very new hotel, clean, comfortable, friendly, close to restaurants and a safe area!

Loved the hotel, the staff was super friendly. Especially Mario at the front desk and Abby the bartender, she was super nice.Made are visit very pleasant. Everything was perfect.

Everything about the property was excellent except one thing which was the on-site restaurant. It says they're open until 10 pm which is true but only if you want ONLY a Cobb salad to order. I placed my order at 9:30 (yes, I understand it's late) but was told that they had turned off their ovens and couldn't make any hot foods and that left me with only a Cobb salad to choose from. I still ordered it because I was hungry, and it was a good salad, nonetheless. However, you should still be making all foods until 10 pm OR put a small side note saying that ovens are turned off at X time.

My family stayed here for 4 days. It was clean, good service whenever needed, comfertable and quiet. The beds were comfertable, the temperature was easy to controle, the water for showering was also easy to control. parking space. Friendly and attentive staff.

Stayed here during business trip. We booked 6 rooms. Closet door fell off in one room, air didn't work in another, staff was very inexperienced and couldn't answer any questions without asking management. Took 50 min to receive COLD breakfast. I checked out a day early and was still charged the additional night. I called to dispute and front desk attempted to find my reservation for 30 min until he said I had to email management. Still have not received credit. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Está limpio. Pero es Muy caro y cobran por todo.. cada 30 minutos suena una planta eléctrica durísimo que hace Mucho ruido. No me gustó. El aire insuficiente no tiene potencia. No enfría.

Hotel is new so things are in good condition. Staff is nice.
Needs to utilize the use of some trash cans in lobby and a decent size inside the room. Also parking should be free there. It’s not south beach.
