The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond for any requests that I had. The cupboard was nice because I had forgotten my fan and they had one in there for me to use.

The room had an odor when you entered, the bathroom floor had not been swept, and there was rust running down the wall in the shower from the grab bar. The bathroom was small and was very difficult to get a wheelchair into or bars to assist on to the toilet. Someone who cannot stand cannot bathe in the tub due to lack of access.

I rented 2 rooms over the thanksgiving weekend. 3 days 2 nights. The staff was nice and helpful. We stayed on the “pet friendly” floor due to traveling with our 4 legged family member which was fine. The room condition however was a different story. There was a thick layer of dust on everything, even food crumbs from a past visitor. The room AC filter smelled musty/ moldy. I had asked the front desk to have the rooms cleaned the next day, showed photos of the issues I was having. The rooms were never visited by housekeeping despite my direct request.
Bed was soft also sinking in the middle.

I would suggest of having complimentary breakfast for residents instead of purchasing it from the hotel.

I was doing a getaway trip in the area and picked this hotel again. They've always been very good here and hotel rooms have been very nice and clean! Shannon at the front desk was nice and friendly upon checkin. I miss the old manager Lacy who always was there. She was good too. Will stay here again when I'm in the area.

We were greeted by very friendly staff who addressed every need. I loved walking the nearby trails, yet it was also close to great restaurants and shopping options. We will stay here every time we are in Tyler.

Shannon, Dawn, Jasmine and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and efficient. Shannon helped me in extending my stay. They were a joy to visit with during our comings and goings each day,
However, better maintenance and other amenities such as pool and Jacuzzi and comp breakfast would make this property a real joy to stay at.
