Loved the hotel and the room was wonderful with the exception of a few issues related to the bathroom.

Fabulous stay in Cardiff. Handy to the city and to Cardiff Bay.

The suite was amazing, everything you need from an accommodation, with extras thrown in, like oven, hob, dishwasher, sink, ironing board, dining area etc...
Having the option of a free upgrade to a king suite was a no brainer, and the large bed was super comfy, the shower with the rain head and also the body handset was perfect, and the shower cubicle was spacious.
The breakfast was fabulous, everything from cereals, fruit, toasts and pastries, with a selection of hot foods too, the hash browns were one of the best I've ever had, the beans and scrambled eggs were good too.... Can’t comment on the sausage or bacon as didn't eat them, but they looked great too.

Staybridge suite is a lovely hotel providing a small apartment with kitchen area rather than just a hotel bedroom. There is a great little breakfast dining area which is help yourself and provided just enough choice. Location is just 20 min walk from main shopping area and 10 min to the bay. Only negative is it states parking but this is shared with hotel next door. We were lucky to get a space.

Very modern and clean. Spacious room with all basic amenities catered for.

Dog friendly hotel with nice clean rooms with all the amenities you need including s fridge. Breakfast was good and if you sit in the nook you can take your dog with you. Close enough to Cardiff City centre to walk

Great place to stay with your dog, separate area to eat the excellent breakfast, no carpets to worry about. Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and plenty of hot water . Onsite parking, easy to get to from motorway, will revisit

The hotel was in the perfect location. The room was spacious, clean, lovely decor, very comfortable, had everything you needed. The bathroom was very clean and again beautiful decor, had all your essentials. The breakfast was a buffet style with a good selection. All in all good value for money, would definitely stay again.
Bedroom with no windows

I booked a suite several weeks ago but not advised that some of the suites have a bedroom that doesn't have windows. there is nothing on the description or alternatives in booking process to indicate this. When we arrived and found the room I immediately tried to seek an alternative but this could not be sourced - the room had clearly been prepared in advance for us as our requests had been met. Had there been any indication that this type of room had been allocated or even existed I would have sought an alternative if and when booking.
Short stay - great location

Had a great short 2 day stay at the hotel. Everything from the staff checking in until we left was a very good experience and I haven't stayed at this brand within IHG before. A spacious and very clean room with all the amenities you would need for a few days were there. The only thing which needed attention was the AC this wasn't very efficient and since we only stayed two nights we never complained about this. The breakfast was also very good and definitely value for money. Not allot of space there but as this is a hotel for longer stays I guess there is people preparing breakfast in their room. The location is perfect and a relatively short walk both down to the harbour where there is lots of restaurants, cafe's etc. A similar short walk into city centre with shops, Cardiff Castle, etc.
