I enjoyed my stay, the staff are friendly, informative, comfortable with guest interaction and well trained.
I made a request that was handled with no difficulty and both Front desk service employees made my stay an enjoyable experience.

Like any big city, there are some safety concerns, but overall it was a fairly walkable location with a lot of restaurants nearby.

The room did not have any cooking pots, pans, utensils or dishes. We had to ask for pots and pans-they were not clean when finally delivered to the room. We went to a dollar store to get things to be able to cook and clean the dishes. The room also smelled horrible (I am washing all of our clothes -even the unworn ones! to get the smell out of them from just sitting the room). The shower was dirty and the shower head leaked more than came out of it-a water pick would have worked better to shower with. The parking was across the street on a surface lot that cost 31.99 a night. This was truly the worst Staybridge we ever stayed in! One star was one too many to give this place. The front desk staff was too busy standing outside smoking to address our concerns so we just didn’t bother.

What a great hotel. Excellent staff and convenient downtown location. Easy ride from Broncos stadium if you go to the game. Quiet rooms and great amenities. IHG rewards a plus.

This is a wonderful location that I’ve stayed at several times. I look forward to many more stays when I go back to Denver for business. Moreover, the staff is exceptional.

Great location, especially if you're doing something near the convention center, but don't even waste your time with breakfast. Eggs were brown and rubber. Chipped a tooth on rock hard potatoes and bent a metal fork trying to cut a sausage link.

No regrets on this one. It was not only affordable but the amenities were great! Complimentary breakfast AND happy hour with beer and wine and snacks. The bed wasn’t the greatest, other than we had an excellent stay. Would stay again.

It was a horrible experience. The staff does not prevent people from hanging out drinking, yelling, and screaming under the canopy far past 2100-2200 even after requesting to ask the guest to quiet down. The rooms right above the canopy, not only hear every single thing being yelled or spoke at the canopy, but also the entire public sounded like it was in the room with me. Unless you’re an extremely tired person who falls asleep in tornadoes and enters a deep sleep throughout, I would avoid the hotel. Unless you can be sure you’re getting a room on the opposite side.

This was the 2nd time staying at this hotel. Basically everything was fantastic (location, friendly staff, laundry room, easy access to the off-site parking) as the previous stay, and the aircon noise was still at the high side as the previous one. This might be very personal and I did know this aircon design was common in the US but upgrading your in-room aircon fan noise will surely bring your hotel comfort and position to the next level.

This hotel is within easy walking distance of the convention center area and 16th street restaurants, but it's not a super great walk over that way. I would not do that walk at night alone personally. The hotel is definitely tired and needs an update. The room was pretty clean, though, even if the wallpaper was peeling off the wall and tub was significantly scratched. Towels were small, TP was scratchy, bathtub curtain didn't go much past the top of the tub, shower was like a faucet... Very limited onsite parking, so plan to park across the street (you can pay at the hotel/with your room though). I was surprised that our room was pretty quiet despite facing busy Colfax. Clean and quiet room if you are on a budget and need to be near the 16th street area, but if you can afford a bit more, I would suggest another hotel.
