Featured Denver Hotels

Denver is a popular budget-travel destination offering a bit of everything for visitors. With scenic Rocky Mountain beauty, seven professional sports teams and vibrant culture, Colorado’s capital continues to be an extremely popular destination. If you're planning to visit Denver, IHG’s wide range of hotels will help you make the most of your trip.

Things to See

Denver offers a number of must-visit destinations and attractions. For families, the two biggest draws are the Denver Zoo, one of the largest in the U.S., and Denver's Downtown Aquarium, which features 17 acres of interactive marine exhibits. Catch live music acts and walk along the trails at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre, which has 9,000 seats and has been called one of the best outdoor music venues in the world. Visitors should also visit Larimer Square, a historic neighborhood and hub for entertainment, nightlife, art and restaurants, to fully experience the culture and heartbeat of the city.

Hotels in Denver

Denver is an attractive vacation destination year-round, but certain seasons offer considerable savings. A majority of visitors venture to Denver in the summer, but the city’s warm seasonal weather brings higher hotel prices. You can avoid crowds and costly room rates by traveling in the spring or early autumn months, and even though Denver is popular for nearby Rocky Mountain skiing, winter months are also a budget-friendly time to visit.

Where to Stay

Families and business travelers may find downtown Denver convenient, since it includes many of Denver's major attractions like the Colorado Convention Center, Denver Art Museum
and Denver Botanical Gardens. The pedestrian-friendly LoDo (Lower Downtown) and Larimer Square area, home to the popular 16th Street Mall, is teeming with restaurants, art galleries and nightlife spots, and is known to many as Denver's trendiest spot. Since Denver hotels in these areas can be a bit pricey, budget-conscious travelers might consider staying in the Highlands area, which is home to a number of art galleries, authentic multicultural restaurants and live music venues.
Whether you're looking for outdoor adventure, world-class museums or vibrant nightlife, Denver is a wonderful, budget-friendly vacation destination. Book through IHG® to ensure top-quality hotel accommodations.

How to Get to Denver

Denver International Airport is one of the nation's largest and is typically voted as one of the best in North America. If you are driving, the city’s grid layout and manageable size make it easily navigable. Denver also has six light rail routes that stop at popular areas and destinations, such as the Theatre District, Parks Meadow Mall and Sports Authority Field at Mile High. Skiers staying in Denver also enjoy the convenience of daily shuttle services that run from the city to ski destinations like Vail, Keystone and Breckenridge.

Comfortable and clean!

Wasn't crazy about the location or lack of an elevator closer to the other side of the hotel, but the staff and rooms were great, so overall experience was good! I would return! [Less]
Wheat Ridge gem!
By sheenapie
When staying in Wheat Ridge the Holiday Inn Express is the way to go. It is located beside the I70 which makes it very convenient to get into downtown Denver or into the mountains. The staff at the [More] hotel are super happy, making the experience well worthwhile. [Less]
Great stay in Denver

Had a great trip to Denver. Crowne Plaza is located right off the 16th street mall and has great views of the Rockies from higher floors. Perfect location to stay in Denver. [Less]
Outstanding stay
By Stefano45
I really enjoyed staying here. I "A" trained from the airport and then the free buses on the 16 street mall. Love this area with all the shopping and food places. Loved no car rental. I did Uber once [More] during my stay. I really like the remodel of this hotel. Well done! Jordan, helped me out checking in early and exemplified great customer service to a Spire member with long time loyalty to the IHG brand. I have been a reward club members to IHG with the previous rewards club that had social security membership id's. That was long ago! [Less]
Good Hotel in Downtown Denver
By Nabs70
This hotel was conveniently located to 16 St Mall with all the restaurants and shops closeby. Union Station is about a mile away. I was in Denver for a conference but the conference hotel was sold [More] out and this was a great price for downtown Denver and a short 5 minute walk to the conference hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Parking is expensive, would recommend parking in a lot nearby. I wanted to order room service but could not get anyone on the phone at 11pm so ended up going down and picking up something from the snack kiosk. The hotel has an outdoor pool and the fitness center is clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly at the registration desk. [Less]
Great place to stay
By Mike
Clean and we were able to check in early. Safe and near downtown shops and eateries. [Less]
Great staff and location
By Michael
Everything worked out well for my stay here. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are a little small but manageable for shorter stays. The [More] valet parking was pretty pricey per night, but I suppose that's on par with the other properties downtown. [Less]
Great Corner Room with a View
By Holmes
Great room and friendly service. Short stay, but extremely pleased with everything. [Less]
