Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Better choices near by. I booked an extension in my stay with the front desk or so I was told. I was informed a day prior to my planned departure that I had not booked an extension. I discussed this in detail with the GM. He could not care less. Simply put me, my wife, and infant were given 2 hours to find somewhere else to go on a Tuesday morning while several thousand miles from home. The rooms need refreshing. Breakfast choices good, food hot(eggs,meats,pancakes) cold ( yogurt,juices,milk) as needed. Coffee good (a little weak for my taste) but good.Rooms comfortable (a little crowded) and clean. When selecting a hotel to stay in the Denver area, I had no doubts it would be a Holiday Inn, only the most convenient one with regard to location would do. The Longmont Holiday Inn Express won. From the time we walked in the door, far too early for normal check-in, I knew we had made the correct choice. The front desk person informed us the room was not quite ready, but directed us to the Great Room for whatever we wanted from the breakfast buffet. She also offered to take any baggage we had for safe keeping until the room was ready, and offered the use of any of the hotel's services. We encountered no problems for the week we were at the hotel, only a clean room with adequate bed linens and towels, a great breakfast each day, clean swimming pool, with an incredible slide, and refreshing hot tub. My wife and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Longmont, CO, area. June 3, 2016
