I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Exceptional Stay Thanks to Outstanding Service Qingyan and was extremely happy with the experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location, modern facilities and a delicious breakfast spread that made my stay even more enjoyable.
A special mention goes to Dina Yang at the front desk, who provided exceptional service during check-in. She was incredibly caring and professional, going the extra mile to resolve a booking issue by collaborating with her manager. Her dedication truly enhanced my stay, and I sincerely hope more hotel staff follow her example in delivering outstanding hospitality.
Thank you for a memorable experience—I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

这次入住体验太棒了！酒店地理位置堪称一绝，去青岩景区和出行超级方便。酒店配套设施也十分齐全，自助早餐种类丰富，中西式餐点应有尽有。安全感直接拉满！工作人员服务热情周到，从办理入住到离店全程都很贴心，特别是AMY，非常体贴和周到。

Good to get the birthday cakes during my stayed, breakfast was good and staff presented good service to us. Nearby the Qing Yan old town as just walking distance, could access this scene easily
