We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The staff was attentive and eager to assist. We were greeted by all the staff we met. The pool and hot tub were greatly enjoyed by our grandson and us. We enjoyed our stay and will return. Thank you for helping to make our weekend wonderful!

Overall another good stay at a Staybridge suites. The hotel room showed some wear and tear but everything was in good working order.

The stay was very good right from the start… not really any issues. The breakfast was good I miss being able to get a cup of hot coffee anytime of day. Would recommend

When I walked into the lobby there was a very warm and inviting scent. This scent continued throughout the hotel. Room and hotel were very clean. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I also noticed during breakfast how all employees were busy and working hard. Great stay.

Cleanliness and Maintenance Upkeep Lacking

Not impressed for the price. Upon arrival, sand on entry area floors/in showers, hair in bathrooms. Dirty utensils in dishwasher. Smeary TV screens and dusty furniture. Leaky kitchen faucet. Entry door stripping falling off the bottom. Not enough seating in living area for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite. Sensitive thermostat (1 degree change made it really cold or too hot.) The size of the hotel room was what we needed and it would have been great if the maintenance was kept up and it was cleaned properly.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. We came for a girl's trip. The front desk and breakfast staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and we also enjoyed sitting outside at night at the gas fireplace. I have stayed at many Staybridge Suites but the staff made this location wonderful. I highly recommend.

This location is an amazing spot if you're looking to explore the great city of Holland. It seems like a brand new location and is so clean. The staff goes above and beyond with friendliness and helpfulness! It was an amazing spot and we'll definitely be back!

Very nice property, clean, great location.
Clean areas throughout. Large courtyard was a pretty place to hangout. Cute good sized den inside as well.
Well kept breakfast offerings.
Kitchen was well appointed.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the quick check-in process was much appreciated. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. While the toilet flush was a bit loud and there was some road noise, I came prepared with earplugs so it didn't bother me at all. Overall, a very satisfying experience!
