It was my second visit in Holiday Inn Resort. Last time the experience was very wrost but this time my experience was super good. Thanks to Mr.Rakesh sir (FOM) who was very much humble and kind. From checked in till checked out the service was very good. Ms. Namita and the guy who was with her forgot his name from front office, they were so sweet and smiley. Need to give credit to the FOM who trained them very well. And also thanks to the lady who was in breakfast she was also very kind.
Everything was very nice . Me and my partner enjoyed there very much.
Will definitely visit again.
Thanks to all for the service ♥️

とてもフレンドリーなスタッフが多く　Roniさん、salmaさん、shristiさんには、大変お世話になりました。お部屋も広く　とてもリラックスして過ごせました。プール、サウナもあり　オススメです。

I booked this hotel from IHG app and landed in Kathmandu early morning where I got very early check in because of a efficient and smiling lady Binti over-there not only that she also arranged the early morning next day visit to Pashupatinath temple.Next day morning had a excellent breakfast which included local dish suggested by attending lady over there Pushpa.divyanshu in in room dining and all great persons lead by front office manager Mr Rakesh who was excellent and experienced host in the premises.The hotel is in lovely location and suite room upgraded by him was a lovely gesture.Rooms are excellent with all modern amenities even in foothills.i had a must visit again experience and wish all mentioned names and others good health and excellent professional future ahead.

The reception, restaurant, and all the staff were very helpful.

The main challenge was air-condition. Either it was getting turned off or was very ineffective in the middle of night resulting into very warm and uncomfortable nights.

We had a mediocre experience. Mark-ups at this hotel are excessive. Our room was poorly cleaned. The breakfast was poor. The A/C was poor. Pool was very nice. Staff was friendly. Beautiful view of Kathmandu Valley. Facility looks new but not as well kept as I would have expected. We had planned to return but changed our minds. Not a bad hotel at all, but our experience was rough.
