There is an odor when you walk in the door. There was hair in the shower. The lamps were very dusty. The light switch has sharpie writing in it to tell which lights it for. No. USB ports. I was told to ask for a top floor next time I came because people above me were loud…really?!

Nice hotel with large two bedroom suites

This hotel was nice and clean and the employees were friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast area could have been kept filled a little more. Overall it was a good experience and a pleasant stay.

The staff was excellent. It was clear that their goal was to make our stay everything we'd hoped for. They went above and beyond to accommodate our request. Exceptional people!

Would not recommend this hotel. We checked in after 5:00 pm. Our room still had a cleaning staff working in it on their phone yelling and cursing. We then got another room, it was not clean well at all. Dirty dishes in washer and sink. Garbage left in the trash cans.

Everything was great. Lots of restaurants close by. Close to the airport. Close to everything. The room wasn’t extremely clean but they try. The only recommendation I have. Just a little more detail in cleaning the rooms. Clean the mirrors clean the windows clean the top of the refrigerator. That’s about it

Worst Bed I've Ever Slept On

The mattress was the worst bed I have ever slept on. We seriously got no sleep.
The room was clean but had a very strong fragranced air freshener.
We could not control the room temperature of our room. It had a thermostat, but it would not let us change. We were very cold.
The room layout and amenities were great.
Breakfast didn't start until 7:30am; we went at 6am and it was closed.

This hotel was super nice. It was very comfortable and clean. All amenities were amazing. The breakfast was outstanding. I especially loved the different options. The staff was super friendly. The outdoor smoking are was really neat.

Convenient location and Good Value

I appreciate how convenient this location is to the University of Nebraska Medical Center and to lots of restaurants. I feel like, though not a luxury hotel, one gets a good, clean, and comfortable stay for a fair price, and I can also cook small meals, too, another cost savings. Breakfast was always plentiful and well seasoned. I also appreciate being able to come into the breakfast area and get water and ice during the day.

We liked the room and appreciated how well-located the hotel is for our visit to Omaha! We were there for an event at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and also needed to get to Millard Airport easily. Good location!

Overall pretty gosh darn nice; very nice design and everything I needed. Breakfast was fantastic. However! There were stains on furniture, trash under bed, and goop on bathroom counter. There was a dripping/flapping noise at night outside window but the room fan helped muffle the sound. Comfy bed but pillow deflated 90% throughout the night! The cable remote not synced with TV but I programmed it, HDMI port access needed here in 2023 when people have laptops and Firesticks. Very loud bathroom fan, toilet filled itself often, otherwise quite cozy room. Sleep function on TV would be nice.
