All the staff at this hotel went above & beyond ensuring the perfect stay. A special shout out to Roland in the breakfast area. Every morning he was extremely upbeat, friendly and offering to help everyone. He made our mornings that much more joyful !

we are happy we chose this hotel so close to the event at the Alamodome. The hotel is clean, and staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was amazing attentive, Thank you Roland. The Manager at the desk, I didn't get his name, was most helpful and provided good restaurant recommendations and helped me with an Uber on his own app. This is beyond customer service that we expected. Thank you for making our trip so seamless and worry free.

I would recommend this hotel the staff is amazing and the hotel is very clean and in a great location. I have to say I have stayed in a lot of hotels due to work ,this stay was not for work. But was so relaxing and nice . They have an amazing staff and that’s hard to come by

The Stanbridge Hotel is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in recently. I highly recommend Staybridge. The-cleanliness, the atmosphere all the associates that work at this hotel made my experience for the first time an enjoyable one. The food for the breakfast was delicious and plenty full. I can’t stress enough how comfortable our stay was at Staybridge. In the future, I plan to look for Stanbridge hotels where I am visiting - my 18-year-old granddaughter who was with me enjoyed her time as well and stated this was the best hotel that we had stayed in over the years. I had stayed at some 4 to 4 1/2 star hotels in the past and was not happy this ranks all of the hotels that I have stayed. Congratulations to a job well done for all your staff members. Alice Jean

Right hotel picked, hotel easily found after getting off of the Amtrak train, staff on reception received us as if we were old friends.

It's always a pleasure to stay here. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay here again.

clean rooms based on ratings and the room was definitely clean. The hotel in general was clean, but we only stayed one day. It rained and had to run to the parking lot in the rain, but the desk offered me an umbrella. The parking lot is not close by so be mindful of this when booking. Overall good stay. The staff were nice. There is a charge for parking.

Stayed here for The Weeknd concert on sept.3rd, I stayed for 3 nights 4 days. This hotel was amazing! Loved that it’s an extended stay hotel. Everything was 10/10

Room was clean and well put together, hotel was located close to the convention center, always love free breakfast. Only thing I can really complain about is that I probably should have brought ear plugs. The bar/restaurant that shares the street with the hotel player loud music late into the night one of the days.

A great place to stay. Convenience to Amtrak, Alamodome, and Riverwalk makes this property a great place to stay!

surprised about the dinner in the evening and was nice surprise with free beer. I think they had wine too. The dinner was good if you want something quick. The breakfast was good and had some good choices. The hotel was clean, and the room was quiet. I thought being off the highway you would hear the traffic but actually the windows are double pane so there was little noise, if any. Only thing was there was too much hallway light coming in from under the door.
