The room was awesome one of the best rooms that I have stayed in. The beds were comfortable and the size of the room was more than I expected with all of the amenities that were provided.

A holiday retreat!

My King bedroom suite had a full sized jet tub in the living room, which was a nice, but not me. The kitchenette, desk area, bedroom and bath were perfect my my week retreat in Michigan. Bucky, evening desk clerk was super friendly and helpful with great food, shopping recommendations. Complimentary dinners are served Tuesday and Wednesday. Complimentary full breakfast has something for all dietary preferences. I truly enjoyed my stay. There were a group of us staying from all over the country to attend a holiday art retreat hosted by Sweet and Sassy Treasures, a local woman-owned small business. I will be back in May 2026.

This location needs some help!

Property Management needs to start by making a new cell phone policy for their staff. Consistently found staff sitting in the stairwells with cell phones rather than attending to the desperately needed cleaning throughout the facility inside and out. Even front desk personnel on every shift were observed, sitting behind the desk with their cell phone. Get up and clean something!

Trash, overflowing, trash cans, dirty hallways, dirty food, areas, broken equipment in rooms, gym, and even the pantry refrigerator in the lobby seems to be on its last legs from the sounds of it. Storage room doors left open typically showed dirty dishes stacked in with bedding and boxes used to prop open doors rather than appropriately stored.

Absolutely no standard work for the team and nobody seems to do more than what’s minimally necessary.

It’s really unfortunate because I am a fan of Staybridge suites. The location is very good and the building is quiet. Everything needs to be cleaned and fixed. Staff definitely needs training and an elevated level of expectations for what needs IHG standards. This place has potential but not right now.

Don’t stay. No management or cleaning happening

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Zero management, zero maintenance, zero carpet cleaning after animals peeing all over your carpet and furniture for 10 yrs. I’ve stayed at red roof inns that are way better. They have bed bugs I’ve witnessed and they put people right back in the room. The courtyard has been out for over a month, people walk out of this hotel due to disgusting rooms on a daily basis. The managements family cleans and takes care of landscaping and both are atrocious. I’ve had 4 room changes and still had pee all over the room, furnace filter covered in dirt, leaky toilets, have had to personally shut off water 3 times in customers rooms due to no maintenance people, do not trust Bukki with a thing, she double charged my business account and held up funds for over 2 weeks. She will definitely lie to your face with a smile. Her family takes care of the hotel so zero point in complaining as she is covering up their lack of cleaning and customer service. Hands down the worst hotel I’ve been in my life. Staff is definitely friendly but that’s all they have going on

Customer service was excellent. I met Stephon this summer when I was looking at where to stay for son's wedding. He did a great job of giving us a tour and making sure our accommodations fit our needs. After we arrived the staff, from when we checked in to housekeeping, were polite and attentive.
