Beautiful hotel in design and service

The hotel’s design is absolutely beautiful, with elegant details and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast selection is impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. However, customer service could be improved with more English-speaking staff to better assist international guests. Additionally, the hotel should enforce its no-smoking policy in the hallways outside of the rooms to ensure a more comfortable environment for all guests.

Mr li yifan very nice,upgrade room for me.The hotel location is okay, I made a reservation in advance and made another reservation this time. The front desk department did not upgrade my room, so I called the front desk manager again. Mr. Li Yifan provided excellent service and consulted with the front desk manager to help me upgrade the hotel. Although the floor was not good, I still want to thank him.

Great service and great food! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The WiFi is bad! The location is a bit west of the main attractions; I.e. Forbidden City; Tiananmen Square. Easily accessible by taxi.

Room was clean and grateful of the upgrade to a larger room, especially one that is NOT with an accessible toilet. Thank you hotel manager on duty during check in.
However the plaque outside the room next to the door with the bell was sort of broken and hanging out. Notified the hotel and they had it fixed the next day.

Very nice hotel with a very clean swimming pool. The club lounge stuffs are very polite and work very hard to provide excellent service to their customers. It is a very nice and clean hotel that i recommend it to all members.

在北京的一次超值的IHG体验。
无论是酒店硬件设施，还是人员服务都十分令人满意。
早餐和欢乐时光依然是IHG高端酒店水准。
以前我觉得洲际整体服务和质量是标杆，现在看华邑在品质上处于同等水准

My stay at Beijing Southwest Hualuxe Hotel exceeded expectations at every turn. Prior to arrival, Angel from the Executive Lounge proactively contacted me to understand my preferences, ensuring a personalized welcome. The Executive Lounge itself was a serene retreat, offering both exclusivity and tranquility with its limited guests.
The Chinese restaurant impressed with generous portions and quality dishes, while the staff’s attentiveness stood out—even the gym team went above and beyond by lending me their personal hair gel when I needed it.
From thoughtful pre-arrival care to seamless on-ground support, the hotel’s service ethos and premium hardware perfectly embody IHG’s elevated brand vision. A flawless stay I’d highly recommend.
