房间看起来不错，但是细节上还需改善我指的是卫生，感觉给我的房间已经好几天没人住过，房间有点灰尘感，另外酒店地下专用停车场，灯光昏暗。不如D区明亮

Room was smaller than I expected with an “open” bathroom floor plan. Outside noise permeated the room all night long making it difficult to sleep. Pillow seemed flat and past their life cycle. Room did not have a desk to set my computer up on. My stay was booked for five days. I checked out after one and rebooked at another IHG property

Condition is good for guests. TV is nice. But App needs more wise. Breakfast is very richness and delicious.

住的很舒服，早饭没体验，大堂灯光比较暗。这个酒店感觉很多出差的商旅人士，地理位置也好，短暂回国住这里了，度过了开心的2天，还是国内好！Shanghai is the best

Comfortable, well-furnished room with great view

I stayed here for almost 15 days for different occasions. Overall the hotel is quite new and well maintained. The view is nice with lake and Pudong downtown in sight. I particularly like the lay out where the closet is nearby the door and conveniently accessible, making the room more spacious. The hotel is also next to a subway where I could get to work easily. Thank you for the room upgrade and prolonged baggage storage (as I once had a need to store my baggage at hotel for another business trip).
Since I have not received the survey, I decided to leave a positive review here as a gratitude to the great hosting.

Check-in rasch und unkompliziert; das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; das Frühstück läßt nur wenig Wünsche offen und die Lage ist optimal. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Dieses Hotel würde ich immer wieder empfehlen.

第三次入住这家酒店了，对于酒店位置和景观都非常喜欢！前台态度很好，也给升级安排了面向长风公园的景观房，非常满意！
这次由于是春节期间入住，可能酒店人手不够，入住期间遇到一些问题，但基本得到了解决。
另外对于酒店的门童，希望能提高服务意识而不是势利眼，对于真正有需要服务的客人比如老年群体，推轮椅的客人能主动提供帮助，而不是只为开豪车的客人服务。

The welcoming service is warm and offered tea is very nice.
Various breakfast option makes the stay comformtable.

之所以ihg旗下只有华邑品牌是国内专属，不是没有道理的。很多时候不是堆砌装潢就能成为高档品牌。第一次入住华邑品牌酒店在长风公园，ihg旗下酒店前台小姐标准的您是我们钻石会员，欢迎您入住的用语没有听见，竟然直接问我会有其他消费吗？意思就是不消费就不刷deposit，这是不鼓励我消费咯？酒店老板听到会气晕在办公室的吧？然后进电梯刷卡，没反应，通过长长的通道重新回到前台，此时才告知由于是木质房卡，经常会不work，与其在大门口装门面性质的放一个拉门的门童，不如在电梯口安排一位员工对客人来说更comfortable，如果老板想省钱不改进门禁系统的话。再来，早餐前台check in小姐直接问我需要我带您进去吗？这是拒绝带我进去的用语吧！接着我点按double espresso，马上一个员工冲过来教育我，双杯是会溢出来的，不过马上很尴尬的说，哦，您是espresso，第二次我想要double cappuccino,又一位员工冲过来，直接按single，然后直直的背对我站在我前面隔开我和咖啡机进行操作，直至转身将咖啡递给我。总之每个员工都很想努力的把工作做好，可惜用力没用到点上，我不会责怪员工，因为职场用语，肢体语言，合理安排员工等等的sop是管理层需要传达给员工，只是培训会说您，请问，谢谢并不足以提升酒店形象
