Chef Srđjan’s approach is rooted in simplicity and authenticity - celebrating the natural flavours of the Adriatic while drawing on years of hands-on experience in both traditional and contemporary kitchens. His menus reflect a strong connection to the region, shaped by seasonality, local producers, and time-honoured techniques.

With four years at Regent Porto Montenegro, Head Pastry Chef Sameer Sambare brings a refined and creative approach to the hotel’s pastry offering. The talent behind the much-loved creations at Gourmet Corner and Murano Restaurant, he combines precision, artistry, and a deep understanding of flavour.
His culinary journey spans India, Dubai, and the Maldives, where he honed his craft across diverse luxury hospitality environments. Today, his work reflects a balance of international expertise and a thoughtful adaptation to the tastes and traditions of the Montenegrin coast.
