Renowned for his exceptional presentation and exemplary flavours of traditional Adriatic cuisine, Marko Zivkovic began his career at Regent Porto Montenegro as a Chef de Partie in 2015 and has risen through the ranks to his new title of Executive Chef. His wealth of experience as a culinary professional stems from his time at numerous resorts along the Montenegrin coast and on luxury cruise ships where he revelled in the local lifestyle, perfected his fishing skills and finessed a plethora of traditional Adriatic dishes and Japanese cuisine.
Dishes with Montenegrin flair are served under glass chandeliers and the mosaic art of Svetlana Ostapovici, each reflecting the glassmaking tradition of the Italian isles from where the restaurant takes its name. Enjoy a vast array of appetisers, soups, pastas, flame-grilled meats and, of course, fresh seafood, complemented by a collection of regional wines, many from boutique Montenegrin vineyards.
