As a regular guest at Letchworth Hall Hotel, I can confidently say that the service is always fantastic. Every visit is a pleasure, thanks to the incredibly professional and welcoming staff.
A special mention to Charli and Lauren, who consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and helpful nature truly make a difference and always make me feel valued as a guest. Any requests I've asked for has been sorted with ease.
I recommend Letchworth Hall Hotel, not just for its great service but for the outstanding team that keeps me coming back. Looking forward to my next stay in room 52!

Bed extremely uncomfortable, never seen spring mattress in any hotel I stayed before and I am staying in hotels 7days a week!
Breakfast was just not good at all, school trip kids running round and taking your food and stuff not helpful at all saying it is nothing they can do about it.
On checking out stuff would not even bother to ask how was our stay!
I would not recommend the place to anyone and definitely will not be back here again!

This was a special trip to showcase this IHG hotel to our friend who was visiting from Japan. We have stayed at this hotel previously & it has never failed to deliver.
Unfortunately on this occasion it got off to a bad start.
We had been upgraded on one of the booked rooms to a King Premium.
We took our friend to the room only to find it smelling strongly of smoke, we went to reception & Holly kindly found another room for our guest. After some back & forth concerning the room allocation we found ourselves in standard rooms.
I did point out at reception that we were showcasing this hotel to our Japanese visitor as we have stayed here before & It has never failed to disappoint, However I let them know on this occasion it was off to a poor start. I suggested that drinks for ourselves & guest may well go some way to compensate.
Reluctantly the manager on duty that evening informed us that vouchers for only two drinks could be issued. That’s acceptable I said as long as you can put a minimum of 5,000 points on my IHG membership. He personally was not able to action this but would pass details to Charlie (senior manager)
As previously mentioned we have stayed here before & the room along with evening meal & breakfast was excellent.
Breakfast has always been good so Greg & the breakfast crew get top marks along with the chef.
In the evening my wife decided to do a screen shot of our original booking showing our upgraded room. (TOO LATE)
The details had already been altered.
Moving swiftly forward to check out we paid our bill & I asked if any messages had been left regarding our stay. ?
Yes was the reply, I am Charlie the manager & as you had drinks there is nothing more that can be done.
Me & the housekeeping manager also checked out the initially allocated room & there was no smell of smoke. !
I did request a minimum of 5,000 points ? A firm NO & me politely saying so this is a deadlock finished the conversation.
It’s such a shame that a hotel that was top of our go too list should fall from favour.
