Friendly, knowledgeable staff, spacious rooms, very clean. I do suggest reserving a block of suites not used for pets as many people have allergies.

We loved that there were 3 beds in our room. There was plenty of room for us to stretch out. The room was clean and neat! The only downside was that the table to eat at in our room was small and only had 2 chairs. The suite we stayed in is large enough to fit a table for four people.

Hotel and our room was clean and well maintained. Third floor room was quiet and comfortable. Only 1 elevator and its floor carpet was really stained and in need of replacement (hard surface would be better and easier to maintain IHG)
Bathroom needs updating, steady drip from tub faucet.
However, overall our stay was quite comfortable with no "real"
issues. I would stay here again for an extended stay.
