Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by Birthday weekend I booked a Suites to celebrate my wife’s 40th Birthday, whilst it says the best place to book is via their own website this proved to be the most expensive way, I had arranged for us to check in at 2pm and have the room decorated upon arrival, the room was not ready and promised with 15 mins, after visiting the bar and waiting a good 10 mins for bar staff to turn up we had a drink to relax and waited in total around 30 mins to find that the room was still not ready and yet another 15 mins wait, this turned into 1hr 45mins in total, upon visiting the room it was indeed decorated but the fixtures and very well worn with damaged to several things like tables, desk bath air con not working. Our luggage was promised to also be in the room and again this took some chasing by us to have it brought up. The beds are very good and on the whole clean, woken up at 8am due to construction working outside our room window, breakfast was good but a little un-organised with tables left for more than 1hr dirty with plates with half eaten food, for such a small dining room this was causing a backup of people. upon checking out after paying more than I should, to be charged for parking over night was an insult. All in all the reception staff tried to accommodate but were let down by back room staff. Look out for better deals on other web sites charge for parking no free Wi-Fi even in the suites!! Good location but would look at other hotels before re-visiting this again. 27. Februar 2014
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Friendly staff. Great rooms We were greated by extremely friendly and helpful reception staff and this continued with all other members of staff throughout the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the beds were fabulous! My only complaint would be that there are nowhere near enough tables to cater for all the guests at breakfast. 23. Februar 2014

Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Great staff, excellent service and comfortable bedrooms When we stayed in the Crowne Plaza Leeds we really enjoyed the visit. The staff were really nice, the food was fantastic, the comfort of the bedrooms were superb. The service was excellent. The view from the room was great. Overall we really enjoyed the hotel and we would recommend this hotel for anyone we know wanting to stop in Leeds. 23. Februar 2014
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 A birthday treat I took my wife away for a celebratory weekend, utilising the spa facilities, steam room, sauna, swimming pool etc. She was delighted by the whole experience. The hotel itself is well situated in easy reach of all the city centre and amenities. The food was good and the staff attentive in all areas. Reception staff were especially responsive giving a good service from arrival to departure. Would recommend to anyone. 17. Februar 2014

Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by Worst check-in experience in 25 years as a business traveller I arrived just after 10pm to an empty reception. After 10 minutes, four members of staff appeared at the same time. Between them it took another 10 minutes to check me in. My Gold Elite status didn't afford me the 'personal experience' promised! I was not offered a wake up call or newspaper or given free WIFI (Elite members benefit). The WIFI issue was subsequently resolved by another duty manager. The hotel facilities were good and clean, but let down by the staff. I was not offered coffee or tea 3 out of the 5 days at breakfast. On my last day, there were no eggs on the breakfast buffet. I asked the waitress for some and was told they would be out in just 2 minutes. 15 minutes later as I was leaving, the eggs arrived! The restaurant menu comprised of a single sided A4 piece of card which stayed the same all week! Not exactly a great selection. Service was slow, 20 minutes for garlic bread starter when there was only 3 people seated in the whole restaurant. The room service menu was much better with twice as many items. In fact, the only good staff service received during my stay was from room service which was actually the best I have ever received. I was over charged £55 when I checked out and had to wait for a refund to be processed. 3. Februar 2014
Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Very friendly staff and yummy breakfast! Stayed just one night. The room was a good size and comfy bed. All the staff were so friendly, excellent customer service. The breakfast was also delicious and great that check-out was later than you would normally expect. Didn't get chance to use the leisure facilities but the pool looked nice. Parking was £10 which was cheaper than advertised at £15 per day so I was pleased with that. Hotel was just a short walk from the shops and bars. Would definitely recommend and thanks to all the staff. 29. Januar 2014
