Very small pool,

Very small pool and half of it was closed off for lane swimming. Could not get parked as there was a wedding exhibition on and was charged £15 to park overnight!
Staff were very helpful and friendly

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some customer feedback and thankyou for your 4 star rating. Unfortunately I cannot do anything about the size of the pool. The Leisure Club is also a members gym so part of the pool is always assigned to lane swimming. Parking is always chargeable at a £15.00 overnight charge and is comparable with other hotels in the area. We do have 120 spaces on site but onviously these are on a first come first served basis. Alternatively there is an NCP car park directly behind us. Please be assured I have passed on your kind comments to all of my team, as they serve as a great motivator. Most helpful hotel staff ever!

Superb customer service - especially Emily in reservations! A first class service, nothing was too much trouble and there was a helpful solution to all our queries. The staff are warm ands welcoming and the rooms are of a good size, warm and comfortable with all the things a modern traveller/business person could need. Will definitely stay here again - for work as well as leisure.

Comfortable bed and great service

Lovely hotel, very comfortable rooms. Staff very attentive and friendly, we were offered a complimentary upgrade which was a lovely surprise. We attended the ELO concert at The First Direct Arena so this was a perfect location if you want a little luxury! Taxi service from hotel was efficient.

Heating was not working

This hotel was understaffed at Christmas. Aircondition was not working in 2 of my 3 rooms that I booked. After 3 visits by customer service the aircon remained faulty. I was offered a discount of parking ticket instead....

Suite treat - relaxation break

This was about our 7th stay at Leeds Crowne Plaza - on arriving we immediately feel relaxed - the hotel had been closed for a couple of months (Jan/Feb) due to flooding but they are now fully up and running. We used the Spa, bar and enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant both days. Comfortable Syay

Overall stay was comfortable.
Room service was slow and fruit served was stale.

The bath room had some mould which could be cleaned.

Breakfast should be optional - as if one has no time for breakfast you are still charged.

Night stay

Overall a nice place although the rooms are tired and could do with upgrading. The bath could not be used as the plug was inadequate and did not hold the water.
The bed quilt sheet had some kind of plastic on it which scratched our legs resulting in us having to turn it in the middle of the night. At breakfast we had finished our food before being brought coffee and tea. The dining area was dirty with splash marks on the glass separators between seating. The pool area was not available and was due to be opened on the day we left.
Overall a nice place but the rooms could do with more attention as could the communal areas.
Staff were very nice and helpful.
