One of the best hotels at Heathrow with super comfortable beds.

We really like the Crowne plaza Heathrow hotel. It's got a lovely warm welcoming and cosy ambience. Both club rooms and two double beds bedrooms are very good. The beds are extremely comfortable and guarantee a deep and solid sleep. Attila in the club lounge is a fantastic member of staff who delivers excellent customer service. Housekeeping is doing a really good job always plenty of towels and amenities available in the room and if anything extra is required it's sorted out immediately. The health club is spacious, well kept and definitely one of the best around Heathrow. Breakfast is a delightful affair with an excellent choice of foods and drinks. This hotel is one of our favourites.

POOR SERVICE

I STAYED FOR ONE NIGHT AND IT WAS A NIGHTMARE , MY ROOM WAS BELOW SOME SORT OF KITCHEN AND IT WAS IN USE UNTILL MIDNIGHT BANGING AND TROLLIES BANGING OVER BUMPS AND IN TO DOORS . HEAVY FOOT STAMPING , I REPORTED THIS TO STAFF AT 2200hrs AND I WAS TOLD THAT it was closing down as I called them but it went on till after midnight I managed to get to sleep at half twelve . BUT THEN I WAS WOKE UP BY THE SAME BANGING AND NOISE AT 0640 SO I CALLED RECEPTION AGAIN AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOOK IN TO IT AND NOTHING HAPPEND I WAS NOT HAPPY SO I JUST GOT UP AND LEFT , I WAS DUE TO STAY UNTILL 1400HRS AS I HAD TO COLLECT SOMEONE FROM THE AIRPORT AT 1430 AND THEN DRIVE TO LANCASHIRE , THE REASON I CHOSE TO STAY WAS TO RELAX BEFORE MY LONG DAY AND LONG DRIVE ... I WAS NOT A HAPPY MAN WHEN I LEFT ........
