I was not recognized as an IHG Club member. My colleague who has less IHG status was given amenity points, lounge access and a complimentary breakfast. I was also told breakfast started at 630 but actually started at 6 so this kind of made my morning arrangements a little hectic when I went down stairs for the shuttle and found out breakfast had started already. Overall not a bad hotel. I liked the pool and gym. And TGI Fridays is a nice surprise being that it is attached to the hotel.

I flew in for the Animal Care workshop and didn't expect such comforting and relaxing environment and staff. The only thing I would change would be ease of getting some personal items. I feel that if you opened a store like you have a TGIF in the hotel itself you would gain consumers for workout gear or bathing suits (specifically what I was missing) but other clothing items or tourist attraction items. Just so customers could use the pool and workout area who might not have the ease of transportation from the hotel. Other than that I was treated spectacularly and my stay was really great!

While the hotel accomodations are always a priority, it is the attitude of the staff that makes a truly great hotel. The staff here were to a person consistantly pleasant, helpful and available. I shall look forward to another stay when work or time off brings me back! - Ken H

Este hotel no cumple con los estandares de servicio de otros hoteles Crowne Plaza. Lo podria considerar un hotel dos estrellas.
