Great atmosphere, comfortable and enjoyable.

This visit at Crowne was exceptional. I was surprised by an upgraded room. Staff was very attentive. Room was very comfortable and extremely clean. It was very quiet too. I really like the warm atmosphere with the sound of flowing fountains in the atrium. Having a TGI Fridays inside the hotel is awesome and convenient, especially with the winter weather.

Noise/Cleanliness/Comfort

The cleaning personnel were loud and disturbing in the morning. Also, why is there office cleaning closet so close to the rooms.

Housecleaning didn't show up until almost 6 pm on Saturday. Housecleaning on Friday did not thoroughly clean up some chips and food we had spilled.

Pillows were broken down, not comfortable for the most part.

Door jam was letting in a ton of light through the cracks.

Prices are not commenserate with the hotel.

ALSO, STOP charging people to park at 10$ a day... There is a restaurant and plenty of lot space.. GET RID of the gates....

Make these easy changes then you can justify $99 a night rates. Also be willing to give two double or a king for the same price if available... In this regard we were NOT treated as GUESTS.. the profit to be made was apparent at the front desk.

I have travelled a bunch locally and internationally and I having giving the best criticism to help you make things better, and none if it will cost you much...

Is it the management. makes us wonder..

Rest assured your comments have been brought to the attention of the appropriate parties for further training. Our pricing is based on a number of factors, including room types. When you make a reservation at our hotel, we will honor the rate for the room type you booked. However, should you choose to move to a different available room type, your room rate will change accordingly. With regards to our parking gates, we are in line with other St. Louis Airport hotel properties in the fact that we have parking gates and in our pricing. In addition, the parking gates add another level of security to our parking lot. I appreciate your thoughts on the subject, and have shared them with our management team. I would certainly like to welcome you back to our hotel to experience the high level of service we are known for, and again I hope you will accept my apologies for the challenges you encountered during your last stay. Conveniently located for Airport and offers long term parking. Frequent Airport shuttles. The restaurant and bar make it nice, so that you don't have to leave the hotel. Great Guest Rooms. The beds are a little hard for me.
