Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber

Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel und die Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Internet funktioniert zuverlässig und schnell auch per VPN.
Das Personal ist äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich. die zwei Restaurnats sind OK.
Insgesamt ist alles etwas teuer.

Ottimo Hotel in tutti i sensi anche se inizia a risentire degli anni.
La velocità di internet per Affari non è sufficiente e per averne una migliore bisogna pagare.
Ottima palestra, piscina e SPA.

My IHG membership card was left in Australia and the check out staff was extremely helpful to locate my IHG membership number and now is on my bill. Very useful as I do stay in IHG hotels in other part of the world.

Patient and resilent staff providing a delightful end.

Not sure this is her name checking me out...DUTTAA on my bill.

This hotel is not for a business traveler

Overall the hotel is good. Staffs at restaurant are really attentive and food was good.
For business traveler would appreciate Internet which this hotel cannot provide properly.
The most ridiculous thing was that someone at front desk has changed my identity to someone and that caused me unproductive time a lots.
I quoted my membership number with reservation, checked-in and checked-out.
Since they do not have proper Internet connection, their system was down during my stay and checked-out. They could not give me the invoice directly. It was okay they promised to pass me the invoice on the way to airport transfer after my work. How silly. They had changed my number to the other. How I doubt this kind of things, the hotel changed to other's number and address? Ridiculous.
I was missing my points and contacted IHG several times and they kept saying "duplicate accounts" which I really did not understand what they meant. Of course I only have one account with IHG.
It took so many days and may e-mail exchanging times were unpleasant and unproductive.
I would choose more decent hotel which they never change the customer's identity to the other.
