Used razor in bathroom trash

Very Disappointed in this hotel. I stayed on points but would never pay to stay. No plastic liners in trash cans and found used razor in bathroom trash. Makes me wonder how clean the rest of the room was. Front Desk Staff apologetic to concern but apparently did not document the concern. Did receive a follow up call from manager after check out and willing to compensate for experience. Have not seen the compensation appear in my account yet but it has only been a few days. Hopefully this does in fact go through.

I can assure you that details such as this are rarely missed, but in your case, we clearly fell short. I have spoken with our front office manager and she has credited your Priority Club Rewards account so your stay has been entirely reimbursed. I am not certain what you meant by saying that your issue was not documented, but I can assure you that the situation was reviewed with everyone on our staff during our morning meeting. Experience at this hotel

Hotel was good overall. I wish the staff was a bit more knowledagable in the mom and pop resturants in the area. The interface touch screen for tourist sites wasn't very useful and I had more luck with Google. Staff was nice and helpful. Room service did a great job with resupplying amenities and the rooms were very clean. There should be a rule on dogs being in the hotel since barking did wake me up a few times, and the wifi were unreliable and was slower than the average internet speeds.

We will absolutely look into a process to ensure that our staff is able to address questions regarding smaller local establishments as well as the major restaurants and shopping opportunities that surround us. There are a few exceptional restaurants nearby that you would not know of without local input. Hopefully google directed you to one of them! We are addressing the issue with internet speed. There is an occasional drop off, and we have a review of our systems currently going on.
