Hi, My stay was comfortable, its onyl I didn't check at the time of Booking that the the breakfast wasn't inclusive in the tariff and was asked to pay in cash at the breakfast table, which could have been embarassing if I had not got my wallet alongwith and this practice is very unlike to the practices in the hospitality industry.
Also I was aksed to present the Credit card even though tarif was paid well in advance at the time of advance reservation. I am still awaiting for the reversal of the entries of the deducted amount, which I was promised to be done promptly!!

Tip Top Service with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean with necessary setup.
Only Thing which need to be improved: Internet only for 1 advice and valid only for 24 hours even on a more day stay is not state of the art. Also internet speed is slow.
Oscar bar should be open the whole day.

The room and service were fine, although recognition of Platinum status was only noticed after we checked in and we were upgraded thankfully before we unpacked. Wifi connectivity was frankly not up to IHG standards, having to go and get a scratch card limited to 1 device and having to pay for other devices is a bit in the dark ages and needs to be addressed. Staff tried to be helpful but understanding of English was a not the best

I stayed on 26th floor for 3days but big noise of the guests
who have been coming from mainland china bothered me through the nights and furthermore when I took breakfast in 1st floors' restaurant on Sunday morning but such guests as above destroyed my peaceful sunday morning breakfast by noisy
talking with their friends.

Stopover in Macau for a night after 3 days HK.
Holiday Inn Macau is really a nice hotel with friendly staff (front desk).
Good location, easy to get food, walkable to tourist spot.
Shuttle bus is provided every 30mins to ferry terminal (i believe most hotel have this).
But there is 1 point to improve, sometime its confuse as there is 2 Holiday Inn in Macau, so make sure you know which holiday Inn you book. (Yes, i went to wrong 1 indeed) :(
