Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor restaurant staff, service and food quality We were tired and decided to just have a couple of drinks and eat in the bar. I can't believe how long it took to get Nachos of questionable quality. Additionally, went down for breakfast, no staff in restaurant, informed front desk who did not care. Helped ousself to cold food because we were in a hurry. No one ever checked on us, asked if we needed anything, one female employee walked thru complaining about how early she had to get up. No bill was offered and needless to say I did not demand one. Never again. June 27, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by My Experience My Reservation was messed up to begin with, but I have to admit that they did make it right and adjusted the rate to make it better which helped. The check in was quite lengthy! The room had an odor, maid service was very slow every day. They changed the breakfast from free when we booked to a charge when we showed up. For being a relatively new hotel, it was showing it's age already! One of it's 2 elevators was broke! I would say it left a lot to be desired. June 25, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by hotel stay, not what it used to be Recent management changes have made this hotel less desirable for my travel needs, I have stayed here numerous times in the previous 24 months. No breakfast provided with room, neighboring hotels provide free breakfast with room at a lesser rate. As a platinum elite member my room requests are no longer honored. June 23, 2015

I travel all over Texas and Oklahoma for business and since my first stay at the Holiday Inn Amarillo West Medical Center I have to say it is the overall best Hotel I have found. The staff provides great customer service, the facility is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and the food and prices in the resteraunt and lounge are very reasonable. I actually look forward to my next stay at Holiday Inn West. June 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Clean Hotel We loved the cleanliness and design of the hotel and the hospitality of the staff. However, the drinks in the bar and the food was over priced. A free continental breakfast, at the least, would have been nice. Overall our experience was good. We would stay there again, as we love the Holiday Inn hotels for there service and cleanliness.
