Besides the smell of the restaurant in the bathroom vent this hotel is worth the price and my favorite of all the Holiday Inns in the Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga. January 27, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Like a horse with no name Is what I felt like when I realized I had left my ID behind in the pocket of a pair of pants, an hour before I was scheduled to check in. Was concerned that the hotel would not let me check in without proper ID. When I called the front desk to inquire if that would be an issue, the operator asked if I was "the guy that pays cash at the end of every stay?" I replied YES! She then said I'd be fine because I stay there quite frequently and everyone knows my face. Massive relief of tension on me to not have to worry about finding a place to stay so far away from home. And i was honored that I'm well recognized as an appreciated guest. January 27, 2016
