Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Overnighter Seamless reservations. Check in was quick and easy. Room was refreshing and comfortable. Restaurant was great. Business office was perfect. This is a nice place to stay for business or leisure. I saw many families at the pool having a great time and the Priority Club gathering had yummy food and a good selection of beverages. If anybody ever deserved to be fired for their behavior, it would be him. Otherwise the hotel is great. Just that nasty man at the breakfast area makes the stay unsavory. May 18, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent customer service, visit after remodelingth We had some discrepancies with our check in. However, the customer service was excellent, and most of our issues were resolved. We were not advised that the hotel was being remodeled. So, access to the 4th floor was problematic. Nonetheless, stair versus elevator was not too bad. The food service personnel were very courteous, but the food was horrible. The pancakes were under cooked, the fruit was not fresh, and though the muffins and bread were covered there were bugs flying in the storage container. Additionally, I asked for hot water for tea, and when I poured the water, I did not see any steam, as I proceeded to place my hand over the cup, I spotted a dead bug in the water. May 14, 2015
