That saved me money on parking downtown near the Riverwalk. My family and I were shuttled to and from the Riverwalk and various locations within the vicinity of the hotel. June 19, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service, great food I always book this hotel when I go to San Antonio for work. Good location near downtown and Riverwalk. Staff is always very attentive. I always book the 10K bonus points package because they seem to have a great rate. The only problem is that every time I stay there I book this rate they short-change me on the points that I get credit for. They some how breakdown the rate and only a portion is deemed to be "qualifying expense". I then always have to call IHG customer care (which takes forever) to get the point calculation corrected manually. I also need to make call to IHG customer care to get the 10K bonus points deposited for the stay. Each time I have called the hotel they claim that they are not responsible for the bonus points and that I need to call IHG directly. This is strange because I oftern book stays at other hotels with bonus points packages and the bonus points are always posted together when the points from the stay are posted, automatically without me having to call IHG. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location The hotel is under renovations so I did not take advantage of any of the amenities. My room was clean and comfortable except for a noisy air conditioner. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The staff were very friendly and approachable. June 7, 2016
